I was away for the Civic one, and this time my last-minute attempts around Le Mans were scuppered by the wife's apparent inability to last 4 minutes without starting a conversation with me.

Haha, funny.... I was so very close to gold (somehow @D_Dragline squeezed in between my time and the gold threshold). I wasn't able to grind the laps at the eleventh hour as I had expected, the AMG GTR & Catalunya combo was particularly demanding on the old fingers and I could only muster 3 laps in the end.

The idea of chasing half a tenth to get an extra million just didn't appeal to me! Great fun to drive though, but...ouch 🤕

Currently on 42 laps and ~1.5 hour on Spa, still in silver and maybe I'll reach gold, profitability won't be the same, but more pleasure and motivation for me.

I hope the TT with the M3 will be a short time investment to get silver or better, gold.

Now that I have raced with you a few times I know that you are fast (and a gentleman on track). With that effort at Spa you should reach gold, too if I can do it. If I can do it... 🙄

I'd say that I am as slow in TTs as in races. While some are very fast in TT but a tiny bit less on races. I am far from gold at the moment and I have no certainty about getting there, but I'll continue trying at my usual rythm ~5-10 laps per day, and we'll see.

Pleased to get my highest ranking although a little bummed to drop out of the top 200 - crazy though that of the 15 people ahead of me here, 11 of them are in podium positions for their respective Country! Insane how fast everyone is around this forum!!

I’ve had some terrible weeks at work so I literally did 4 laps 2 weeks ago on this TT, thought I was comfortably in the gold range and never went back to it. Quite the shock when I jumped on tonight and saw a silver.

It almost feels special to have missed by such a small margin…

I wish when I first started, I understood I was actually well capable of gold. So many trials I just assumed bronze was the best I could achieve and never bothered to practice 😂😂 my average ranking is so messed up!

Also, a thought on how much GT has taken over my life in the past few months - I'm currently on holiday lounging by the pool and genuinely had a real urge to see how I did 😂😂😂

Does anyone know if I'll get the credits if I don't log in until next Sunday? (I.e will I get all 3 TT credit bonuses?)

If you've posted a time you'll get your credits when you next log in after the closing date, even if it is many days after the closing date.

Same here. The first 3 months or so I just thought "Yeah, that's easy 250k". First one I put some time into it was the Grand Valley one with the Ford Roadster.
Gonna take a while to get that average up 😅
