Dq is a little harsh its not that much more power. Just drop him a couple of places.

I think a 5-10CP penalty would be sufficient, he clearly had pace anyway.

I never locked this cos' I never got the final results. Probably will soon as it's irrelevant since Biffy ran away with it.
