Not officially, but if you downloaded the free car outside of the game the marketplace saw it as covered by the season pass and didn't charge.
I added mine to my pending download list via PC this afternoon (3pm-ish UK time) then downloaded about an hour ago and have the lot.
Lotus Cortina is so cool.

I watched a relpay of me racing online in an RAC livery covered Transit and I couldn't stop laughing at the site of a Ford Transit racing Ferraris. We need to get a Transit series up and running quickly

Anyone built the truck with the V8 option? I only modified it slightly. Drives pretty decent but I left the stock dif and that might be my problem at the moment.

I need a serious tune for this. Only tried it with a pad so far but it was twitchy like mad.

Ran a lightly modified smart at the Nord -
- got a little slippy and recovered a couple of massive moments inches from the barriers -
