How are your opinion about tuning on sports hard? Anyone care to share some tunes? I never had enough time and experience to sit and tune a car properly.

Thanks Kado for hosting tonight, even though I only ran a few laps. Your course is pretty crazy and your NSX wicked fast. I thought I put enough tuning in the 370z but that car needs more power although I am at the limit for PP. I am surprised without tuning the suspension on my new WRX that it actually could keep up until I made mistakes during the runs. Sorry to xXHannibaalXx, seems like there is a bit of lag. When your drifting around the corner, I try to pass you but I end up knocking you out. Sorry about that, I bet you were upset with me.

Hopefully we get more people in next time, it's really fun to run 3 people. :cheers:

Thanks ;) Ya the WRX is fast without much tuning at all, i'm kinda scared someone 'll get one dialed in just right:scared:. I don't think I can get my NSX to go faster. Don't worry too much about the contact it happens every once in a while even without the lag.

Ya I'm thinking next time I will open my lounge around 3pm and go till 7 or 8.
 
hey guys sorry i havent been up on GTP lately kinda just havent looked on but i realized that with me not getting on i have been missing out on some fun battles, also seeing as im in japan my time zone is kinda off literally the opposite time from pm to am EST but i tend to stay up until early in the am to play with you guys so id say about anywhere from 12pm to 6pm EST im normally on and still up which is 2am - 8am my time ahah all for the love of the touge got ma NSX runnin around what Hannibaal's is runnin unless its gotten faster than when we last ran them, and ive got about 10 more new tracks ive built up so hit me up guys
 
Well I somehow managed to make it in briefly last night. I had a good time and will gladly join the next lounge.
 
I'm not gonna be able to host for a little while until I get internet set up after I move. I can piggyback of other peoples signals so I still will be joining in for touge whenever I can.
This will give me a good opportunity to setup a touge league, so get your cars dialed in cause the competition will be on soon.
 
I've made a table with my current lap times on my home course just for fun, here's what it looks like:



Obviously I've spent way more time on some cars than others and this is just to get a general idea. I ran most of them only for 3-4 laps and some still have a lot to improve (like the S2000, however I've established that I couldn't make it competitive with my current skills). The NSX is wicked fast and I'm still far from mastering it so I can't imagine what times I would be able to get.

I think my favourites for driving so far are the FD and the STI though.

This actually could be very fun, considering that once more people start being more active. It would be fun to go on someones home course and beat their records :) Reminds me of Initial D Arcade Stage 👍

Have to say that your track is fun to drive. Tried it out and managed to get 3:37:something with a STI - 498 PP.
gotta say that right now i am only able to drive 4WD cars as they are quite easy to drive compared to RWD - meaning that when the car spins out it is much much easier to catch it than a RWD - at least for me.

Looking forward to do some racing!!

on a side note - i have to return my DFGT to get it replaced as the PS Button starts to activate on its own and as well the select button. When i am driving it suddenly just activates. Sometimes it even changes the view by itself. Funny but real annoying. Did anyone had this issue with DFGT???

hey bro thanks alot for the suport but everyhing down here in okinawa (southern Japan) is ok matter fact i wasnt on lastnight because yesterday i fixed my car and was out driftin lol... yea now that my car is fixed... ill prolly be out alot because i miss driving my car its been down for about 3 months now so i gotta get back to the mountains out here aha

Happy to hear that you are OK. Hope that i will get my DFGT wheel back soon so that we can race again.

I just found out some race cars are good for touge like Integra RM(Make sure it's not full tuned, maybe something to do with good suspension setup so it doesn't understeer), and some other RM cars that don't look to racy because I do know the Integra RM has a C-West Body kit. I do know one video that had a race car on Touge, which was the J's Racing S2000 but it was re-setup for Touge.

The integra RM version IS beast, proved that you kicked my ass in it so many times but that's probably due to the norwand track..... Have you ever tested it out on a toscana track before?
