times on TSUKUBA, That's right. Run your fastest lap on Tsukuba and post

your lap times, We will be using those lap times to setup evenly match

races

The D1 drift section begins after the first corner and ends under the tire arch.

This is TOUGE not drifting. You run full laps to determine car class. very

simple.

-FRONT CAR WINS IF LEAD IS SPREAD
-REAR CAR WINS IF GAP IS DECREASED

I dont see a problem with touge being here in the drifting section. It's just as much drifting as it is racing. In fact, drifting was born from touge.

I may be signing up. i was really into touge on forza. still hold the fastest RWD time on the old downhill of fujimi in a B class car

You're right when you say D1GP has nothing to do with touge. Drifting developed on the touges as a way of conserving momentum through corners (AFAIK) and as a way of blocking the chasing car.
