Suggest something like 10-15 laps. Realistic settings - damage on /tyre wear / fuel etc.

I've looked at the link -seems very organised and interesting.
Don't know if I would be able to guarantee being available every Saturday - is it OK to dip in as time permits?

Paleschi - if you are interested maybe you and I could set up and practise as per MrM's league - before we jump in at the deep end!!

Monday nights there is the BST V8 series. Go have a look there if you want a race.

There are 2 races left this season and tickets available as prizes. The next season is taking registrations now. You can try the 2 races and see if you like it.

Defy, I'd be up for some touring car racing. Sometimes it's difficult to commit to a series/season but if it's some random races every so often of once a week or something that would be good.

I've started to look at cars and set ups. I finally found the link/thread.
If I read it correctly - only parts listed.
So NO upgraded filters/manifold etc.
Ballast to get wt to 1250kg
350bhp limit.

Do you ever run practise in lounge?
