AGAIN I have bought the october complete pack and i have also bought the paint pack ( twice) and still I havent receeived the FT-86 concept 2 its pretty frustrating for me

Yes, I think you can not be eligible for the car if you purchased 2 complete packs for some unknown reason. Did you purchase them in 1 transaction?

Thanks very much for the useful information. I would like to clarify on one point:

If I have not yet bought any DLC from the october release at all, and if I were to buy it today (complete pack + paint pack), would I get the following items:

1. FT 86 II Concept '11
2. Kart 125
3. 5 new car refresh tickets

It should have a blue logo, I checked my previous downloads, and it seems you can't redownlpad any of the stuff. Which is dumb if you need to get a new ps3.

You need to buy 2 packs from the October DLC. Not 1 from October and 1 from December.

Last night I purchased an extra paint pack, following on from my purchase of the complete pack in October. That got me the 11 Concept.

Then I bought Car Pack 2.

It's the October DLC you need a duplicate item of.

That's what I don't get, a couple days ago the icons were blue, now they are red. So now I can't get the option to give Sony more money even if I wanted to lol.

Make sure you guys install the DLC IN GAME first, just buying it will do nothing, it must be installed in game.

2. FT-86 II Concept '11

That's really odd - I didn't want the racing suits but went with the complete pack just to show my support to PD for rendering an amazing track (Spa).

Turns out if I hadn't got the suits and just the 3 other items, I would have got the free car. Surely this is a mistake?

Complete DLC = 4 x DLC = Multiple DLC's! Doh!

If I remember correctly, just Spa and the first Car Pack would've cost the same as the complete pack, or very close to it. Therefore, if you did want the paints, you would have spent the same on those three DLCs as you would on the complete pack and a second set of paints (which is what I did because it's really not that much money and I like the paints).

As mentioned in many posts above, to be eligible for the car, you need to buy 2 separate packs from the October DLC. (Preferably another paint pack, as it's the cheapest.)

I did not receive the FT-86 II Concept and I bought the complete pack of DLC #1 and this DLC#2....

If you buy one pack of extra paints, you will get the car. I tested this yesterday with success.

i bought the complete pack and didn't won th Concept so i gone to the store and bought a paint pack and then i won the concept

Download 2.02 and you get:

Toyota 86 GT ’12

From the first DLC in October, download any 2 individual downloads, any combination gets you the:

FT-86 II Concept '11

If you download the first GT5 DLC bundle, you don't automatically get the Concept '11, even though it includes all the paints, tracks, cars & gear.

If you download the first GT5 DLC bundle and the second GT5 DLC car pack, you don't automatically get the Concept '11.

If you download 2 separate GT5 DLC's from the first DLC that came out back in October, you get the Concept '11.

I'll confirm that after the 2.02 update, I received the 86 GT '12.

I can also confirm that after downloading the first bundle, I did not receive the Concept '11. After purchasing an additional paint pack, I received the Concept '11.

I can confirm that the Concept '11 is trade/dupeable.

You can go to the PSN Store with the same PSN ID account you've bought any of the October DLC (either Complete, Track, Car, Gear or Paint) and additionally purchase any of the October DLC pack. Even the cheaper Pack (Paint for example) will make you eligible for the Toyota FT-86 II Concept '11. Once you make the purchase, load the game and you will be instantly gifted with the Toyota FT-86 II Concept '11 Car Ticket.

Just to be clear. This info is wrong.

You need to buy a paint pack twice. If you bought for example the Spa track and then bought a paint pack, you will not get the '11 Concept.
