I’ve had a crack at it. Two ten lap custom races with the stock car. It’s a handful going down the hill to the bridge. Best lap was low 2.11s.

Sucks, my GTS livery I spent a lot of time on has too many missing decals. Guess I'll have to start from scratch on a new one.

I'll be a reserve for now as I have set up my PS5 in the new place and can play again. Whoop! But unsure of plans that weekend.

(Wonder if Nicknames should be included in this also now?)

I've never driven the non GT3 version before (and only then the GT3 version in Sport) so this will be interesting.

My new ride is ready, I call it Jigsaw.

I liked the combo and I was able to do comparable lap times. Unfortunately the start set the tone. Got a good start and then clonked a stationary car meaning I bounced off into the barrier putting me a few seconds behind. The pace was good and I think me and Chevy were catching the big pack ahead. But once a small bit of wear kicked in I couldn't take some of the corners without the car going round so I parked it. Well done to everyone who managed to wrangle them to the end.

I also liked the combo. I was one of the people that fluffed the start. I forgot it was a grid start, so was faffing around to put TC on and then I came off the brakes too early. I had a chuckle once I got going as it was Spiner who ended up in first place and I didn't even get the chance to race with him or make him work for an overtake!

Like you said, my race was effectively over on that first lap incident. Had a good run coming on to the backstretch and nailed a car that had slowed on the wall. Gave him a nice boost and wound up facing the wall. Then picked up a pit road penalty or I may have been able to catch @Adam Barber. Oh well that's raciing. Really enjoyed the combo though, just wish I could have actually raced with somebody. Did lag play a part in the start? I swear I didn't leave early, but it held me anyway.
