good idea. we should get more organized. maybe with the name in travian, ad the name on gtp if different.
and then localize, for example, i am so far from boombexus that most probably we will never trade anything. maybe we should divide ourselves in smaller teams, that could speed up trading etc. as in, boom gets 200 iron from me, so someone closer to him send him the wood, and i send it to this person in the middle.

make few smaller teams, based on location. [of course still remaining 1 alliance]. what do you all think?

I've been waiting for a few more to join before I updated it.

So, after my embassy is done, I should be able to add people to Friend's right?
My crops are always 500/500 when I log on after a few hours.

You need a level 3 embassy to formally have an alliance, you can write your friends down in your profile just by doing it. If you have 500/500 food then you're not using enough what's your production at? cause if it's low once you use that food it'll take forever to recoup.

I guess you're always right after him in production, I think it's the first person to reach a population level goes to the top of that list, then is pushed down by everyone who hits that level next, it's cool that you, boom and Ev0 are all next to eachother.

I'm bringing in 38 crop/hour and using 30, because I've got a lot of resource extraction going on. If you have surplus resources, you should use them build new farms, etc.

Yep, I think you do need a marketplace, but I'll confirm that in around 20 mins.

And, this is odd. There was a huge village just south of me; the guy was ranked #1 this morning! But, the village has suddenly vanished! I guess he was cheating and got banned?

If I were you I would just work on getting all the spaces to Lvl 1 at least.

Concentrate on resources, it's a waste to upgrade/create too early. At the start you'll most likely need more Clay and wood, then Iron and crop will go down very soon.

I was 36th last night, but I guess ranking don't give an accurate picture right now, because they seem to be based primarily on population, and a few things doesn't affect that (farming, resources lot lvl 3 and higher) I'm currently 118, I've gone down because I upgraded my crop production today, dbartucci is a bit higher than me.
