It means there is 0 miles 0 changes/switches 0 wins.
You can get to see this by clicking on the car in your garage and its at the bottom right hand corner of the specs of the car?

Cheers am glad you asked becuase it saves a trade becuase the car you would be buying would have miles on it. All cars, well almost from the UCD would have miles.

No worrys mate. Most 0/0/0 come from tickets that have been ripped open by people and get traded in the marketplace.

Or you can get your self some tickets and do the same thing.
Or you can get 0/0/0 from the OnlineCarDealers. OCD for short, They change that every couple of weeks, So its always worth watching that.
Plus you must never get in the car has that puts a changed on it.
