I use the Driving Force as well, unfortunately. I didn't know the difference between the two when I bought it, otherwise I would've gotten the GT Force. Oh well, it only needs to hold me off until GT4 comes out =) I got the wheel for $40 anyway.
Congrats on the purchase 86, I think you'll really enjoy the wheel, even if it is the crappy one. The Driving Force often won't let you shift while the wheel is turned more than a little bit. That gets REALLY annoying sometimes, but you do get used to it. Actually once you get in the habit, you can do all your shifting before the corner, or during transfers and you can usually shift up during corner exits too luckily. You'll see what I mean.
Azn, is the one for sale down the street an SR5 or GT-S? If it's a GT-S for that price, and in decent shape, you could definetely make some money off it (or keep it). You can still find people who don't know what they have and will sell it for dirt cheap. If you're not interested in it, you should post it on Club4AG, someone there will surely appreciate it (even if it's an SR5).
