Ok, so I started the game and got all the golds in the Domestic A licence and got the Mazda RX-8, sold it and got 75,000 which added to the 18,000 I had.
So I went and bought a Skyline R34, won a few races, now I got something like 50,000$$$.
So now my main question is this, last time I bought the Mazda RX-5, and tuned it with a turbo kit 2, flywheel, sport breaks, racing exhaust and a full transmission for racing but the damn thing didnt go for more than 227kph.
So anyway, now that I have my Skyline I wanna tune it in a way that the gearing could use all the power that the car contains.
I'm aware that lowering the gear ratios will result a slower acceleration but a higher max speed and vice-verca.
Can you please guide me on how to tune it, what to get first etc?

Does it matter if you put the gears first or the turbo first?
