Tuning

I am fairly new to GT4 and new to this site.
How can you tune any specific car just messing around w/o being in Gran Turismo mode. Is this possible? Is there another quarter mile track w/o being in Turismo mode. -Brian

Yoy can do a "quick tune up" in arcademode, but that tune up is not really in your power, ie no setups can be made. and I´ve got no idea if the Vegas 1/4 mi track is in arcade. But use the family cups or freeruns in GTmode if you want to tune and set your car up.
