TURTLE RACING LEAGUE - TYRO Racing Series - BEGINNERS SERIES!

So I was just wondering. If there is a definite fastest driver in this league. My vote based on the practice I watched Micantony. Anybody else have an opinion.

It's hard to say. I've never seen mic in a league race, but I've raced him in shuffle lobbies awhile back.

There's no definite fastest driver. Going by the driver list, dolph, Martin, and psycho are consistent with their fast laps.

I haven't raced with choate, but going by the lap times and his placements in flex, I hear he's fast.

I haven't raced with a lot of the drivers on the list, but division 1, everyone is fast and anyone can win. It's all close racing. Think division A, just faster.

That answer in pretty clear actually, Choate51 is the fastest in the league. He also happens to be one of the fastest in the world.

I'm not sure I'll be able to run the Tyro races because of the 8 o'clock start time with work and all. Generally in the Flex league, Martin, Psycho, and myself tend to head the pack. Micantony can be pretty fast, too. And if ItsAllAboutWins stays on the track, he can put down some great laps. However, we did run an Enduro at the Indy road course about a month and a half to two months ago and Choate lapped every single one of us. So that pretty much sums that up. He hasn't run another race that I'm aware of. But if you see him, have run racing for 2nd.

Run off the track a couple of times and this is how people remember you. LoL

I blame it on the first race jitters.I was scared to death of hitting someone and messing up their race because I did that in a practice with the NASCARs before. Was trying to focus more watching out for other people instead of trying to race my race.

I'll tell you one thing, though. I've only been playing gran turismo since the beginning of February and I've far gotten better in 2 races of turtle league than I ever did in open lobbies.

You're that fast after having only started in February? That's pretty impressive. You were deadly fast in that 787B Flex race we had some weeks back. I remember wondering how in the world you got the pole with a minute left in qualifying.

And you're correct about getting faster racing in an organized league like this. This is where those who want to drive right come for their fix. Open lobbies are chocked full of guys who will do anything to win, including bad habits like using other cars as their brakes and using the strategy of "8 tires are better than 4" in the turns. It's a madhouse out there.

Actually, as much time as I've put into the racing genre, it's disappointing that I struggle to keep the car on the track. I've literally put an unimaginable amount of hours into racing games. My accomplishments are: 2 world records in RaceDriver Grid, Forza 3: #8 out of 1.3 million people on Camino Veijo, 24th on the Camino extreme, #12 on road Atlanta, and top 50-100 on almost every other track in S class.

I don't want to sound like I'm bragging. I'm honestly humbled that you think I'm fast because I don't feel like It. . I don't know if its the game I can't get used to, or the change of views (used to race only 3rd person close chase cam) or not being adjusted to using a wheel. I'm not saying I'm the fastest driver in the world, I'm just frustrated that I can put competitive laps down, but can't keep from spinning out in under 5 laps.

I won't be able to race Saturday night. I'll be stuck just north of Indianapolis until around 9 or 10, then it's a 270 mile drive home. I should be at practice Monday.

Since my name is not on the first page, does this mean i can't race? I might not make it to tonight though.

I don't think im going to race tonight. Imo this is the most boring car ive ever driven in the game. And the gears are so short. I don't like the car.

Should be in on that laguna seca race in may though. I like the roadster.

I have added you to the "Drivers List". You could have raced anyway though. If you find the car boring you should race in the Enduro Racing Series tonight. You automatically get signed up for Division A in the Enduro Racing Series when you join the TYRO Racing Series Division A.

We all good for tonight? I'm not too interested in the Richmond race.

Since I actually live in Richmond I'll be watching the race instead, lol. Not going to the race just going to watch it. Kind of a big deal around here, Haha! Our city's population grew by 30 percent yesterday...

I didn't know you lived in Richmond :d I used to live around New Kent, if you know where that is off I-64. Not for long though. A little over a year. Nice area
