well for one it's faily quick, and with the soon addition of a hahn stage 3 turbo kit, it will be considerably faster, and second uhhh aren't you the one who sent me the p.m. i still have it if you need to refresh your memory, and a second note the judges at the shows in which i have attended this year don't seem to find it horrible looking!!

Yep, that's an 8 second Civic, with a small 2.2l engine, that actually started life as a Civic. No tube frame, custom chassis crap here. Looks can be deceiving, that's just a custom fiberglass front end fitted over the stock chassis (except that some material was cut out from the front, namely the bumper bars, because they don't serve a purpose in a race car, and mostly for weight savings), replacing the hood/bumper/fenders for, you guessed it, major weight savings.

it can be as simple as suspension. you don' tneed "better handling" on the streets...when are you ever going to come even REMOTELY close to the max limit of the stock suspension on a car, rarely if ever.

so if one puts upgraded suspension..i kinda hope the guy's tracking his car, that's why he needs the upgrade.

I totally disagree with this one. Suspension modding which drops a car to the floor is useless for street driving. But a good set of racing springs, schocks, anti-sway bars, anti-roll bars, and performance tires make a car that much funner to drive without being afraid of going over speed bumps. Its not the point that you dont need better handling for the streets, its the point that you want to enjoy yourself while driving. And this is the only way I can compete with other cars on the streets. Being at 90 hp doesnt help in the straights, but in the curves the car can outpace much faster cars. And IMO having a better suspension is actually good in the streets also as it decreases body roll and increases stability. ( in case of abrupt lane change due to an accident or something it could be very helpful)

PunkRock, I have a question about the Civic you posted a pic of earlier, is that the Civic from the HCI or something like that..The H22 Equipped 750+ HP Streetable Civic HB?...That was a truley nice car there....650HP Without the bottle 750 or something + on the bottle...Show car and go car...I'd drive that in a heartbeat....
