ahh thats what they said when the spec 2.0 update came round.
It said simplified interior, so lets hope that is more than just the silhouette![]()
I hope PD gets rid of it, that way we won't have to wait for-freaking-ever until the Chaparral 2J pops up in the UCD.![]()
The randomness of UCD was frustrating especially when you were looking for something specific.
Yeah, that's what they said it was for. So we have the "normal" garage. Then there's the "Favorites", and the "Stockyard". Makes you wonder what you can or can't do with either of them. Have a car in the Stockyard...? - Sorry, can't use it online! Please quit the online room, move it to Favorites and come back!
But seriously, what could it be for? You have the main bulk of cars in the Stockyard, a selection in the Main Garage and again a selection of those in the Favorites...? Why not just add a couple of user-defined garages, so one could actually group them how it makes sense?
Maybe it's just so you can minimize loading times in default view in the garage? If loading gets too long, you could move some cars into the Stockyard. Not the most elegant solution, but at least better than GT5.
Yep, just like most people wanted (GT3 had no used cars either, forgot about GT1).They are all there alll the time all in new condition. Boring.
This is the first GT game where I have no interest in collecting cars. Hasn't even crossed my mind.Thing is there's no real incentive to collect cars now or buy them unless I need/want to buy them. They are all there alll the time all in new condition. Boring.

I think they'll give more when you further into the game. It's hard to collect anything when you're making only $10k per race.
I've got 1.3mil. Not buying ANYTHING.It's hard to collect anything when you're making only $10k per race.
It criss-crosses mine. This is the first GT game where I have no interest in collecting cars. Hasn't even crossed my mind.
I feel like every penny is a prisoner.I've got 1.3mil. Not buying ANYTHING.
The UCD was pretty neat in that you had to wait to find the car you wanted. Something to check every now and then and get excited about when you found it. However, for PD it was a brilliant way to deal with the standard cars. They really should bring it back, because it added another element of reward.
I disagree. Throwing 800 cars into a mystery bag was never a good idea. It was ridiculous to keep having to hold on to millions of credits until an expensive car you wanted felt like showing up. And it also so sucked when a car you wanted appeared but you didn't have enough money, so you had to let it go, with no idea when it'll appear again.
You're arguing against the implementation of the UCD in GT5, not the UCD itself.I disagree. Throwing 800 cars into a mystery bag was never a good idea.
