It was a penalty, I'm surprised the Croatian didn't make a fuss. But the goal wasn't offside, superbly timed run, he was in line with the last defender when the ball was chipped over.
Navas was offside when the ball was passed to inesta, but he didn't touch it till iniesta passed it backwards to him, meaning he was in an onside position. That's what the comentators said on the BBC anyway.
