Well since the last GTR and this GTR are both world record breakers and both have come a long time after the RS200 Evo, I'd say yes they are faster. But I think the Tiger I mentioned before was the first car to take the record since the RS200 Evo and I wouldn't put it past the Veyron to be faster as well with the braking ability it has.
