Confirmed. There is a premium, standard, favorites, and online tab now. Now favorites means something to those of use with a hell lot of cars!

While i was running the civic in the suzuka seasonal race, on the fifth lap i sped up about 30 mph from stand still and stopped. When i stopped, the front of the car had smoke bellowing out from the front tires? I haven't seen this done before..

In photomode, you can zoom and drag a photo after clicking the picture, but before you decide to save it or dump it. Nice addition, in my opinion.

I have 2 PS3's here and triple monitor but had given up hope and sent back my 2nd copy of GT5 to Gamefly so I can't test now

You are going to need a third PS3.

I noticed if you open an old track it says "... layout may change upon conversion..." but so far I'm seeing that it always changes... bummer. If you want to keep your old course, then exit right away without saving changes. If you click "No" to convert than you can no longer edit the old format course map or retrieve the variables for it.

So you can now change views on replays from online races. I have some old replays of online races and if I remember correctly you were limited to one view but now after changing to a different car you can use any of the standard replay views.

Exhaust tones change right after making an exhaust change now. Before you would have to reload the track. Not a big thing, but that's something I've noticed so far.

Whenever I do a big burnout (since day one on the game) and the tyres were really red, when I stopped they had smoke pouring out for a good while...

Any other Aussies currently experiencing issues downloading the patch? When I go to the download screen, nothing happens except an increasing estimate of download time followed by my connection to PSN dropping out. This makes me sad.

the only 3 things i need now for this game to be perfect is replay options, music options in-race and the ability to rotate the camera around the car in-race...oh and a save feature in enduros..

How about keeping a gear from shifting (*In an Automatic car) by holding one of the Shift Up/Down buttons? I've found that critical in rally racing and some tight track racing.

lol, i guess i got too excited. it only shows when you've ran the car really hard and after repeated braking, you'll notice smoke will fume from the front tires when you casually stop (not slamming on the brakes)

my tires weren't red when i did that, but oh well.
