How is it unrealistic? There are many, many forms of motorsport where the engines have 'restrictors' put on them.

For instance, we can finally have 'restrictor plate' racing in NASCAR now

So have "restrictors" as a mod. Then it calculates HP- not just choosing HP from a slider. Whatever, GT5 going backwards. No surprise. Figuring out HP from mod combos was cool, now it is gone. Still no endurance race saves though so our PS3s can fry.. nice.

In the tuning shop, when you upgrade a part (purchase it), the box which displays the bhp or kg difference now toggles to show the Performace Points change of adding that part too.

oooo they added a nice feature, check this - still only 100 fav spots, BUT, you can select all of them by holding L1 and clicking them bam bam bam, then remove from favs. go to garage and do the same to ADD a mass selection!

so much faster, so if you are feeling supergt/muscle car online racing real easy to fill the fav garage with just those models!

You can change something about the corners in the course editor. I went there and didn't see anything on the map, I guess you see it while racing.

I wish they would remove the car animation when you buy a new one (car), that "so you think you can dance" music annoys me, it shouldn't take 20-30 sec to buy a car, I should click on it, buy, click on another, buy and click on another, buy again, in less than 20 sec.

The game feels different too, I raced the Civic RM and the game felt faster in the cockpit view, but then again, I just started using that view not long ago.

They increased the bronze time requirements for the vettel challenge, monza went up to 2:19:000, nurburg 2:23:000 and suzuka 2:26:000.. silver and gold times remain untouched, of course.
