Question regarding the display (I don't own yet GT5P):
On the 2nd clip, the HUD is spread all over the buttom of the screen. On the left side there is accelaration & brake bars. I've notice that sometimes the acceleration bar is showing White bar+Red addition on top of it (you can see it in 41 seconds from the start of the clip) - what does it mean?

Wow, those were a waste of time even if it didn't include the bad driving... xD

Speaking of those morons, if they drive that bad in a game I can't imagine how they drive IRL. :scared:

I think you're refering to the bars pictured below?

These are also present in the GTHD demo on PSN. I think (please someone correct me if i'm wrong) that they show the difference between the input on the pedal and what's happening at the wheel. I can explain if people don't understand what i mean by that

Anyone with the JP version to solve this problem for us?

PS: How did you get to the Takau Imasaki Interview please? I've tried the link a couple of times and it comes up to the GameTrailers movie select and i can't find it from there! Cheers in advance!

I think the red means you got your foot down to the floor the white means thats how much throttle is getting to the wheels.

It's not TC or ASM as i have all that gubins turned off.
But you get it if you drive across the grass etc and the car is bouning a bit and stuggling for grip.
Thats the best I can offer as a soulution.

Thanks for the answer, it will be much helpful if more people could answer about this.
And here is the interview...

Wow...sorry to waste your time. Just figured people would like to watch any new video of a game people here are supposed to love :nervous:

That interview video is great, he just confirmed full GT5 will be of the same scale of GT4. There was already rumours of this but him saying it comforting.

Also he confirmed ~60 cars in US GT5P, and damage sounds promising.

wow, thats some of the worst driving ever, typical of the people they have working at those video game sites.

That is some disgusting driving. lol. but nothing to be sorry about, NoLimitz!

And with the interview, it's nice to hear that we won't have to pay for more DLCs, esp. since we are buying Prologue already...👍

Man am I really tired of hearing how the american market needs a sped up , arcade game, because all of us americans have the attention span of a fly and need to be blown away every second with ACTION!

Thanks Takau Imasaki , for reinforcing american stereotyping:dunce:

He said no DLC for "Prologue", not the full GT5 (which has been said before by others working on the demo). It has already been mentioned in previous interviews that there will be DLC for GT5. It's the only way they can keep the car list fresh, and keep up with the competition, such as Forza, PGR, etc... That do include DLC for their games. It would be very odd indeed if they didn't include DLC for the full game, especially with every other racing game including this feature. Personally, I have been waiting for DLC since GT1. The thought of being able to download new rims, cars, tracks, etc... Has always been very appealing to me. It's a great way to keep a game fresh for a long time, and allowing the player to pick and choose what content he or she wants in the game is a much warranted feature, in my opinion.

Wow, that driving was pretty bad. I was driving behind someone like that the other day. Granted, they were probably drunk.

I did wince a little when he said that. I am a European living in America (born in Ireland), and the US Stereotyping has always made me uncomfortable. I can see where it comes from, but I have never fit the bill, so it's a frustrating affair, indeed.
