I'm trying to go along with the used car special FAQ on gamefaqs and buy all of the rare/special cars that I can't get elsewhere in the game. Right off the bat I don't see any of the 1st weeks special cars

What is wrong here? None of these show up for me and I don't want to miss them.

The used lot recycles every 700 days, with the black Le Mans cars appearing in the last week of the cycle (I have 2 of each on my 100% Japanese save). It may be different for the American version I suppose.
I wouldn't worry too much as the Trueno GT-APEX SS comes up reasonably regularly as does the Nissan Bluebird 1800 SSS (in various colours). Not sure about the regualrity of the Skyline. I am sure the frequency of appearances won't vary that much from the Japanese version, maybe the weeks they appear are different. I should have the American version early next week so if no one else has done a check by then I will go though and see what appears..

I have been so excited about the Lotus Carlton and was going crazy not finding it.
But now i know on day 64 its mine!!!!!!

Perhaps someone can tell me exactly how I can find which week I am on now if all I have is the date (Feb. 1) and haven't been keeping track of the week numbers at all? Trying to figure this whole thing out really sucks.

Where do I find how mnany days I have plaed? All that is displayed is the date as Feb. 1. There is no "Day 127" or anything like that...!

Yeah thanks everyone; I was checking the regular screen at "Home" when I should have been looking in the Status or Garage screens. Oh well, now I know.

The US version has different used cars. I can't find a Cerbera in the list referenced here, but I know I saw one in the used car lots in my game.

Can anyone tell me if these cars will be back in the list since if I do not have all the money to buy them all everytime will I lose some of these cars and I will never be able to get them back ??? thanks for your response and yes the Trueno GT-APEX SS is there but impossible to make it drift or I was not able to do it for myself US version

Day 1 = Day 700 = Week 100

Argh.. I'm still lost. 10 weeks x 7 days = 700 days, so doesn't the cycle start over at day 701? Day 1= Day 701?
EDIT/ I'm not trying to be nitpicking here, but when there's only one day out of 700 to get certain cars, it'd be nice to know eggzactly which day it is.
