I found this car interesting and wanted to make one like it in the game

Here's what I ended up with:

Of course, we don't get to add body kits (what's up with that PDI?); just aero.

So, here's how to make one:

Base Car: Premium R32 Skyline GTR V Spec II 1994
Color: Nissan's Bayside Blue (M)
Wheels: Enkei JS&M Painted Chrome Silver

Stats: 592 PP, 661 HP, 1245 kg Weight

Mods:

Body:
Stage 3 weight reduction
Window weight reduction
Aero kits: Type A: Front, Ext, Wing

Engine:
Stage 3 tuning
ECU tune

Intake:
Sports Manifold
Racing Air Filter

Exhaust:
Sports Cat Converter
Titanium Racing Exhaust
Sports Manifold

Turbo: High RPM

Trans: Fully Custom; set at 193MPH

Drive train:
Adj LSD
Front/Rear
10/20
45/28
30/28

Torque is split 30/70

Suspension: Fully Custom
F/R
-8/-8
6.2/7.0
5/5
5/5
5/5

Camber: 1.5/1.0
Toe: -.05/.05

Brakes: 5/4

Tires: Sports Soft/Racing Soft

Driving notes: The R32 has more understeer than the R33/34, but this setup really helps. Tuned at Grand Valley and ran 1.56 on SS and 1.51 on RS tires.
Ran a maiden lap at Nurburgring of 6.46 on RS tires. The transmission needs some manual adjustment. Second and Sixth gear are too short and I kept hitting the rev limiter, or the lap would have been faster. This car pulls like a train from the apex out of the corner. Very compliant suspension. Good power.

yeh it's the longer wheel base on the r32 that creates some understeer.

great tune. also the car looks really nice like that :)

how about the wing setting? on the low end to help with turn-in?

Nice. Try the Torque split at 50/50. Will help with understeer and better exit speed out of corners.

My HKS CT230R did a lap of 6:33 at the ring on 1st try and running off the road once.

Did that but I like the torque better this way. I think tuning is very personal for the feel as much as anything else. And, the setups people post offer a good starting point for others.
