VLN: Kazunori is racing at the Nurburgring this weekend!

Yes, Gran Turismo's main man is racing in the German VLN endurance series this Saturday (17 October) at the Nurburgring: http://www.vln.de/rennen.gb.php

There's no mention of him in the race preview, but if you open the PDF of the entry list, you'll see he's on Page 4 in car number 107, a Lexus IS F.

One of his team mates is my work colleague, Owen Mildenhall, while Peter Lyon is a Japan correspondent for a number of foreign car mags.

He won the 4 hour endurance race their. in september, he did the last stint and won their class.

He didn't go so well this time around. He was driving the final stint and the car broke down. They still finished third in class, though.

Apparently the race is part of his training to take part in the Nurburgring 24-Hours next year. He had a TV crew there filming content for GT TV as well.
