If you could make up the VRR Super GT schedule, what 9 venues would you choose?

Relatively light race room, but it should make for some great quality racing. For those out in Super Bowl parties, have fun and stay safe. For those kicking off our season the right way, let's do this!

FP2 open now. GT500 qualifying in about 35 minutes. myself and @NearCptNitro are already in running sub 4:00 laps.

Investigation to be done into the massive crash on the opening lap. That was a crazy mess.

Due to GT300 only having two attendees, no success ballast will be applied to them. GT500 ballast will look like this for Fuji (subject to official review)

Also, based on universal approval from all race attendees today, all races will be shortened to 300km. To make up for Suzuka being shortened, it will become a double points race.

Next direct event is Free Practice 1 for the Fuji 300km on Friday from 6-8 p.m.
 
Timeline for official race results and penalties is tomorrow night.
 
Just so everyone is clear on the reason that GT300 doesn't have ballast going into Fuji...it's a bit of a hidden rule, but easy to comprehend. If there aren't 4 cars or more in a class for a particular event, ballast would not be fair for the three or less that attend. There wouldn't be any need to balance the field if there isn't a field to balance at all. Now, with that being said, had @trobes29 and @syntorz made it on time, race ballast would have still been applied, but not qualifying ballast. Same rules apply for GT500, but with at least 7 full time entries already, there'll be almost no chance of it.
 
Another thing I don't get is why GT300 is so low on people. That class had a lot of promise from those signed up for it. I don't know if it was just Super Bowl stuff or what, but for @Chris hatten and @NinjaEvo I pray that there's more competition once points start coming into play. You two were the poster boys for GT300 yesterday, and I thank both of you for sticking through the whole thing.

It would've been a great race between us too if I didn't pick up suspension damage during the Lap 1 incident. Fuji should be amazing, can't wait! :D

Yeah. In retrospect, a SC should have been called. Literally everyone except AJHG had a piece of it, but with the internet issues a couple were having, it didn't seem worth the risk. Still close racing throughout.

Had NearFear not crashed with less than two to go and my brake pedal start jamming, GT500 would have been fierce at the end.

I'm wanting to say it was 1:34? I don't have the times on hand at the moment and things have changed since then so it might be faster.
