Carnaval time here in Brazil which means beer, semi-nude ladies and family time, all together. I won't be home Saturday morning thru Wednesday night, so no racing for me.

I'm not too hot on the full GT300 field thing. GT500 should mind their own battles, while GT300 minds theirs. It would be unfair to competition if a top GT500 driver gets stuck behind faster GT300 drivers and they lose out on points. Even if one GT500 shows up, let them be. Easy win.

I would do that, but at the same time, that completely eliminates the outright championship.

Due to the postponement you should still receive points (and ballast) as you would have made it today. If I recall correctly this is the system we used last year to compensate drivers who couldn't race due to moving schedules.
