If you could make up the VRR Super GT schedule, what 9 venues would you choose?

@Angel

So do I have to make my car 1,120kg? I thought I had 10kg as you say 10kg in the penalty list.
Yes. There's the success ballast based on points and then you have penalty ballast as well.

And pre-qualifying is damn near a guarantee every race now lol.

GT300 this season

I reckon that the main points battle will be between me and Crim as everyone else squabbles to have a crack at us.

Unless we take points off each other, we'll probably get a rhythm going rather quickly as we're the 2 fastest guys in 300 at the moment.

Errrrrh I think you forgot about a certain person :sly:

I'm starting to miss GT300 :(
I'm not sure if I can race this saturday, I hope so, Motegi is a blast and the Subies look promising :)

So I've tested two cars with the settings for the series and yep, I definitely feel like I got a shot in these cars. Weird how I'm totally fine with a 900 HP Car (Nissan (R92CP) or a 350 HP car (Garaiya) that is mid-engined and I can manage a good amount of laps without spinning but 465 and I spin out just from looking at it wrong (NSX).

Motegi should be a fun race for sure for GT300. Not sure what GT500 is going to do. Hopefully we get the minimum 3 required to run the class in the race.

I may have to drop out of this series. On Saturday, even with the modem wired to the PS3 I kept getting disconnected from the lobby and I'm also afraid of that weird sudden lag I get ruining someone's race. I tried so many things but nothing worked. Sucks cause I actually like racing in this series. Maybe I'll be back whenever my ISP decides to up the quality of their connection and not just mindlessly keep increasing download speeds.

Will confirm my car choice this week, hopefully Wednesday.

Yeah, forget that last part. So I tested the rest and my opinion regarding my chances have not changed, in fact the car choice I'm about to reveal is THE one I feel that best suits me and gives me a great chance. And that car is....

Going with a no for now, but we'll see how it pans out. I want to race, but parents and life and crap. :grumpy:

So, there's a realistic chance that this race will be GT300 only if less than 3 GT500s show up. How that will work is that all the GT500s that show up will be able to race as a GT300 for that race to keep themselves in contention for the Outright Championship. This is the only time a car can have more than it's supposed to fielded, all depending on if there is a team in both GT300 and GT500, which there is. However, in the case that everything pans out, I'm still collecting everyone's practice times.

If ever we do an all GT300 field, how will that affect the points, though? Would the GT500 drivers have a separate points table for them or would they earn points based on where they finish?

GT500 and 300 already have a separate table.

I was referring to the points they'll gain if we have an all GT300 grid on Saturday, because we're all going to be racing in the same car class then. If a GT500 driver finishes in the middle of the pack, are they going to gain points based on their track position or gain points based on where they finish among other GT500 drivers?

They would draw from GT300 points. The ballast they have would also carry over.

I worked on my setup thanks to the Simulator I have in the Club Room, I have the GT-R in the school garage so hopefully no one messes with it as I have a good 'Tegi setup. :dopey:

I'm set back a few days because I'm on dog watching duty until Friday evening, so I'll be late to FP1 before pounding out a setup.

Motegi is not my favorite track. The oval is all I care for. Looking for top 5 but will settle with just finishing without mistakes. Last week was not terrible but it could always be better.

Hopefully that doesn't mean a "dog day" at Motegi! :sly:

Given the confidence I've gained with the SLS, that's unlikely to happen now. I can go completely balls to the wall in aggression.

Except Roman Reigns doesn't have them. :P
Don't hate on the big dog. I actually like him despite him being as bland as cardboard in a thunderstorm. Why not just pick on someone like the Miz?
