Some revised rules for everyone going into qualifying for created tracks.
-Once qualifying has begun, pit lane is closed to everyone for the entire duration. This is to reduce lag during qualifying itself as it can severely hinder drivers in the middle of hot laps and can be exploited.
-If a driver finishes qualifying early, they are to park in the grass before the start/finish line and ghost.
-If a driver needs to pit during the race, they need to type "p" to indicate they are pitting that lap. This needs to be done some time in the final sector of the track. Drivers are advised to not drive through a ghosted car and can be penalized if they do so.

FP2 starts at the top of the hour. There are reports of issues still. Those issues aren't appearing to be as widespread as they have been, but everyone stay alert on that and try to push through.

I have f:censored:ing had it with this f:censored:ing game and it's constant s:censored:t network. Every single time, every f:censored:ing race, we've had to postpone or cancel (last week was totally understandable though) and I'm sick of it.

I'm about ready for this season to be thrown in the dumpster if this keeps going.

Kaz, PD, and Gran Turismo are not a fault for the millionth time. This is a problem with PlayStation Network with peer-to-peer games (like GT and pCARS) on the weekends. Stop blaming the wrong people.

As someone who has struggled to even have a stable race in PCARS on the PS4, I can pretty much confirm it is a PSN issue and not a PD issue.

Race 1 and 2 for the Subaru Touring Car Championship went surprisingly well. Excited to see what it'll be like with more stable tracks like Tsukuba. I will likely reorganize the calendar for STCC since apparently people have issues with Suzuka.

Obviously, Super GT is still under threat due to PSN issues. We will try again for the next two races, and if neither of those work, the season is cancelled. STCC apparently did really well, so it's our current safe series.

I believe the most appropiate action to take is to revert the results to the moment @Angel disconnected as it turned into a mass-DC scenario. We can use @nascarfan1400 stream to determine order or if someone has a replay, they can find the time #7 DCs and give the order with laps completed.

If we don't do it this way @DcrRaikkonen gets screwed over by something where his internet itself was not at fault.

Race is being scored from when the final car disconnected as that would have been the restart point had it been the option available. GT500 seems pretty straight forward. GT300 is what we'll have to look at.

Compensation laps will be used. So it isn't the end of the world.

STCC is now under question. We will delay everything a bit. Practice at 8 p.m. Eastern.
