If you could make up the VRR Super GT schedule, what 9 venues would you choose?

Lucky for me, all I have is Suzuka so yeah...that series isn't what I expected it to be at all. I can definitely see the frustration in it.
What did you expect it to be, and how do you perceive it now?

I expected it to be a lot cleaner like how last year was. I expected transparency and fluid communication which helped it become what it was. It took a nose dive. There is no transparency, very little constructive communication, and a highly overly complicated process. It's become a political game that a small few are manipulating and I feel like it's quickly turning into a disheartened mess. There are several teams that ask important questions that could determine things and none of the organizers have responded, or they do respond with an overbearing attitude or scold us for wanting clarification. That's not what I expected it to be and it's not the fun it used to be.

I certainly haven't been scolded for asking for clarification, so I can't attest to that. I am only aware of a small portion of what's happening in the series and what I've seen so far is a bit political but nothing too disheartening, yet. But that is you view and that should be respected. Hopefully things come around on your side.

Ooooooooo Drama, I'll call TrueTv and see about getting a camera crew over there xD

Nothing too special going on in the Team Managers' conversations, it's just like "Do you agree to change a gramatical mistake in section blah blah blah"

The most important thing was a voting for the fielding of a rookie driver for the SI6, just three days ago.

Believe me, if there's something important coming up for discussion, we'll let you know in our respective Team Conversations.

FP1 for Fuji is tonight from 6-8 p.m. EDT

Currently a GT500 party in FP1. This is so sad.

This is addressed to all of the drivers of this series, whether or not this pertains to them. @NearCptNitro @Whitetail @AJHG1000 @DcrRaikkonen @trobes29 @JACKOLANTERN1 @Cole Brown @NinjaEvo @PEAGLEZ7 @Chris hatten
I'm not entirely sure what's happening, and I can't explain it myself, but what do I need to do to get some participation? I seriously don't know what to do at this point and it's frustrating. I'm trying to give you guys benefit of the doubt but all I see is unreliable kids now which isn't how it started. What do I need to do here to bring you guys in? You signed up, but attended once and vanished. I wasn't told "Hey, I'm not racing anymore" or "I won't be racing this weekend". Instead I get ignored and left to wonder what the hell is going on? What should I do? Should it be a GT500 series only? A GT300 series only? Instead of giving me silence, give me feedback. That isn't hard to do unless you all have gotten that lazy. If I decide to continue with season 2, at this rate, most of you will not be allowed to come back because I've grown tired of playing your waiting game. The clock is ticking and so am I. Pull out your keyboard, send a PSN message, do something that I'm not predicting you to do. @Whitetail @NearCptNitro you two are god-sends in this so thank you. Everyone else, either show up or out the door you go.

I do apologize for not telling you when I will, and will not attend. That being said, I have two issues with being consistently available for your league. 1: My wheel is broken, and I have yet to find a solution where I would want to use it for a 2+ hour endurance race. 2: The Spring Cup race is scheduled to start when your races start, and I like watching NASCAR.

That being said, I will try to attend more of the free practice sessions in the future.

I can tell you i won't be there this weekend 1. I hate Fuji 2.Nascar and Indycar are in that time slot. Usually the only thing i miss is practice

I guess this league should be renamed "DVR For Life" series then.

The thing is, it's not just about NASCAR, it's that I watch it every week at my Grandparents watching it with my Grandpa. I'm not gonna change his schedule and my schedule just so I can run a league race. To be honest, I would of taken other racing series schedules into consideration and ran these races at a different time.

My problem is that I have no other time slot available for that. Saturdays are an automatic no, Fridays are out of question as well. I either have work or school the other four days of the week. I either bump the races up earlier in the morning (based on Hardy's amazing AUEC experiment, I know that the idea will also not work) or run them in the exact same timeslot Formula Cup/CTCS/Whatever else Hardy crams into that evening slot, which will cut a lot of you in the middle.

"Points and success ballast have been updated as the race program has been finalized. Here's the schedule for Fuji this weekend:
Free Practice 1: 27 March 2015/6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. EDT
Free Practice 2: 29 March 2015/12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m. EDT
Drivers Meeting: 29 March 2015/1:15 p.m.-1:30 p.m. EDT
Qualifying: 29 March 2015/1:45 p.m.-2:00 p.m. EDT
Race: 29 March 2015/2:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. EDT"

Is this still the schedule for the racing tomorrow?

If it's possible I'd like to sign up to this race, sounds like a good format.

Thanks,

Sam

Lucky to still have both of your grandparents, hope you enjoy the race. I personally don't enjoy watching NASCAR, and even if I did I usually find a stream after the race so I will be driving. The thing that I don't understand is how do people sign up for a series that gives a full schedule and not plan for things like NASCAR, F1, and indycar schedules. Not to bash anyone or anything but that's like signing up for a team carting tounament and never showing up to help them score points. It's a bit odd, especially if no one tells the team in advance. It's just odd to see larger rosters than drivers actually on track.

It happens a lot. Last CORE WEC race had 6 out of 15 cars.

I understand that, but I do remember telling Angel that when I signed up that NASCAR may be a problem, but then again she did say in her post that not everyone she tagged applies to what she said.

Honestly, I just wish there was at least six on a given weekend. I do remember that from you and whitetail, but not the entire roster.

Yes, people need to be either more committed to racing or at the very least more informative. Personally I'd say a low turnout for FP1 should be expected as it's not race day and people are typically busy on Friday's. Also, this is only the first season, you can't expect everyone to be 100% in it for a series so young. If I recall correctly CORE WEC season 1 was much the same way. As the seasons go by and you build up the driver list with more interested people (they'll come eventually) the turnouts will be greater. I would recommend having a list each week with everyone tagged to remind us of the event, and to put our name on either the "Racing" list or the "Not Racing" list.

I should be in for the race today, though I have a hair appointment at 10 that just came up and am unsure when I will be back.

Won't entirely matter. Fuji won't be happening. 3 GT500s and a GT300 isn't a race.
My grandfather passed away last weekend, I will not attend today. You know if I could race, I would.
Sorry for your loss. My condolences.

Might catch the last minutes of FP2, before qualifying, but that does not secure that I will be able to finish the race.
