Its not a theory, its just a guess on speculation.
VGT is based on concept cars which aren't always 100% revealed. When concept cars are revealed, for example, the GTR prototype '01, it did not have an interior. It is just based on if the company making the car will have the car 100% ready for full release or if its just an experimental "this is what we could release to the public if we wanted to make it" kind of thing.

This is a damn good looking machine. Volkswagen have done a great job in that you know clearly what has inspired it but it's taken to a whole other level. Looks like it's flying along while stationary.

I've said it before but I just wanted to say it again, even if I didn't like the look of the car (i love it btw 
) I really enjoyed how WV handled this VGT thing. They genuinely seemed like they were having fun and doing a lot on their end to get the word out about the car & GT. That was really cool. I'd love to see the other manufacturers get on board with this much enthusiasm! 👍 Can't WAIT to drive this baby!!
