This ^^^. I wanna see the wangan action.

If not today I'll probably open a "Street Rules - Tokyo" room tonight. I see that some of the posters on this thread have been in my street rules room b4.

Your rooms are epic!

As for the Wangan Traffic, I think I will use a Nissan Micra. With aftermarket rims, of course

so we are using my idea of traffic. great im glad i have contributed to wangan series

Your rooms are epic!

Hahaa thanks. I know there's times when we get some decent drivers together and haave some nice lil 4 n 5 car battles. Imma post up my rules on here and kinda have it as an officially unofficial wangan lobby.

I'm dying to run my updated R33 Outlaw, but having no controller has saddened me deeply.

As for traffic, the rules are the following:

•100mph/160kph speed limit on the inner and outer lanes
•120mph/200kph on the middle lane (vip/executive cars mostly)
•NEVER interfere with the racers
•DO NOT SWERVE to avoid the racers, it's their responsibility to avoid you
•At the beginning of the race, the traffic should do at least one lap in reverse to avoid crossing the FINISH line before any of the racers (any other suggestions?)
•NO EXOTIC CARS
•NO USDM (any objections?)

Ideally, the more traffic the better.

Any other suggestions?
I'll add this to the OP when I'm home.

Also, a Cops-inclusive mode has been on my mind. What do you guys think about this? The cop cars would be limited to the GT-R Pace Car and all with one specific setup for each class so to not be overpowered and be balanced. I'll work on that setup when I can. This mode, if it garners enough desire from you all, won't be implemented until the next season. Or we might have a BETA season before Season 4 to try out new modes and regulations.

Best way I could come up with to get the most out of traffic would be this. Start race, have every one take off like normal however the actual racers need to swerve through carefully to get out front and really start their wangan run. At the same time all this is happening the slower traffic is being passed. Once all the trafffic has been passed and you can no longer seee the racers, if you are traffic you need to make a u turn and drive backwards on the track untill u are in front of the racers again. But before u get to the racers u need to make another u turn and drive like normal. U need to be using ur full map to do this properly and also have to use common sense to know that if you are driving head on, you need to remember how long it'll take for u to make the u turn and get back up to speed limit before the racers run up on u. This way the racers will encounter traffic multiple times throughout their run and always on a different part of the track. Its simple but I guarantee somepeople will think its impossible to follow these rules. If you got enough traffic in a room u can even have 2 groups of 3 cars or more scattered throughout the map as well as lone cars spread out. But regaardless of if ur traffic in a group or a lone car u follow the same protocol:

Wait for the racers to pass you, then make a u turn and get back infront of the racers on the map as quick as u can (they'll be the fastest moving arrows), make another uturn, then drive as normal till u are passed again.

Keep doing that till the actual racers are done with their laps and u'll make the runs more interesting than just all out throttle blasts.

To implement cops u need a minimum of 2 people. One is dispatch/hq who monitors the track and the other/others would be actual cop/cops on track. When I've added cops to my rooms I will act as dispatch/hq and monitor the track for speeders. However I didn't alert units unless the speeding was happening in the tunnels. Doing that u kinda become bigbrother/speedcam in the tunnel. At that point u give a description to the cops on who to pull over and its up to them to find the speeders in the act, or pull them over and give them a warning because they were caught speedin on camera in the tunnel.

The traffic idea I just thought of but it should work perfect. The cop idea I've already done and know from experience it's pretth fun to do it that way with an "eye in the sky" so to speak. Hope this helps.

Rating: 3/5

Jutin damaged out on the 1st lap.

Yeah, I would try harder to promote it like I did with earlier seasons, but I don't have daily internet.

Idk how this season's comin together but yah. I'll post in here whenever my lobbies are created. I'll have a wangan lobby up tomorrow night open to all at 550pp. I don't use damage so its a bit easier to have fun. See ya'll there.

Yes, but he can still open a 550pp room. By the looks of it, it won't be official.

guys i got like 20 people that want to be traffic or join this season. I dont think this season will be a flop. :)

I usually only work 3-4, but its almost always Thursday-Sunday. Since everyone else has a normal life, when I am on everyone else is at school or work xD That and I'm in the middle of building my IRL car and trying to get it set for the last drift practice of the season. Bah, I need more time in my life!

Yeah same. Sold a car to buy a JZA80, that sold, so I have no car but my Honda, and now I'm going to buy a Z31 this week aparently. If they return my calls. Might buy an Evo if I give up the search for my Supra.

If you need any help/advice on the Z31, just let me know. I've had 4 xD I'm building an S13 at the moment. Six point cage with dual door bars, welded diff, dual cam with I/H/E and test pipe, no emissions, no a/c, converted the rack to full manual (pulled out the piston, cut slits in it, greased it up with assembly lube, put it back together, welded the holes for the lines closed), only have fog lights(in place of heads) signals, tail lights, brake lights (no reverse or side markers), wire tuck, tubbed front end, rear mounted battery, rear overfenders, pulled and rolled front fenders, hood with a piece of 16guage steel on the front (until I can get a silvia hood), cross drilled slotted rotors, hawk HPS pads, rebuilt calipers, energy suspension bushings all around, solid motor mounts, short throw, stage 2 clutch, 14x7 American Racing Outlaw 1s with 185/60r14 tires, emusa coilovers...uhhhh i think thats it...But yah, its a long project. I have it all apart at the moment for paint and a refresh of the bottom end. Trying to get it finished xD

I've got a ton of free time. You all are right, my lobbies aren't official according to wangan masters guidlines. I have more open platform, I allow sport softs, all street cars allowed and most tuners unless some has a beastly tuner then it's banned for the night if no one can compete with it. Also because I know my rooms may attract people who aren't the best at car control + a few wall riders I have no damage. I'll try to promote wangan masters in my lobbies so the ones who like the syle of racing can filter in and then if they can handle the rules n regs jc might find new competition.

Well, I'm used to working on JDM. I just finished installing 262 degree cams on my friends eclipse with a 6-bolt.

Thanks Camry for promoting. I wish I could.
