To Everyone who has tried to trade and lost cars...

Was it your only trade of the day?
Were you trading from another one of your own accounts?

Seems to me that PD is limiting 1 trade per day regardless. And if you trade more than 1 car it goes into cyber space.
Opinions?

My friend tried to send me a car. It was lost, second car I was sent, I received. Then I tried to send a car to another friend, he never got it, that was my first trade of the day.

Seems to me that it has nothing to do with exceeding the one trade per day rule and more to do with PD's servers.

Basically, it seems that you can only have one item in your gift queue, and that item seems to be the most recent sent.

I used a different account to send two crappy cars to my main profile (used the delete save trick to allow that account to send two gifts the same day).

When I logged back into my main profile and fired up the game, only the second most recent of the two gifts I had sent to my main profile appeared in my gifts to collect.

So, I just traded a 908 with jeepster. I had no gifts in my queue to receive so he sent me the 908 and I received it. I've received a gift from someone, just now. I sent him the 787b ticket and I presume he's received it. He hasn't sent me message back saying no that he hadn't after I asked him if he had.

So, yeah. Gifts do sem to be working but only the most recent one sent to you seems to be appearing to collect.

It's up to you folks if you wanna have a try.

Yes but I have received a gift from him and from a spare account of my own that I sent a used starter car to myself with.

Dunno about the upload failed thing though helmet. Haven't experienced that at all.

Well I had no OS items in either of my accounts queues and sent myself a car (not a ticket) and it worked fine! Less than 1 minute ago!!

Just reloaded, I didn't get it, nothing in news about it. Maybe I'll get it later. Hopefully it fixes these trading issues.

I haven't had 1 trade go through today. So people thinking it's somehow one car per day fix that's not it. However I trade a museum card and they got it. Also when they reset their account the gift was still there (they didn't redeem it before deleting game save)

Hmmm, this is a big trouble I hope somebody "important" here at will ask at Poliphony about the issue, ok no complaining for birthday cheaters but what about fair users? This is a BIG problem to fix in my hunble opinion.

Is trading working or not? I see tons of trade topics still being made, and people in that thread are saying it is working. I sent a car from one of my accounts to the other this morning, and it didn't get through. First car of the new day for the account too, though it hadn't been 24 hours.

That's what I thought still down/buggy. Thanks for the confirmation - and no Pryor, unless Sony does individual restores, they are permanently lost.

Trade is now working perfectly. As long as the 1 a day rule is obeyed you'll have no problems.
