Waste of time

Fair enough, perhaps just do it a few days in order to get the jump up to B or whatever then start varying again. The problem is that by entering races you aren't as good at, you are just going to either drop or remain. I'm not saying just do one event, but just avoid tracks or cars you don't get on with, or races likely to include a lot of penalties/bumping.

Being good isn’t the issue, I can regularly qualify in the top 5 easily, staying there whilst keeping SR is proving frustrating, I am progressing slowly but it’s always 2 steps forward and one step back in DR

What DR are you?

DR C SR A - I was B - S but I was railroaded at Tokyo and bumped down almost 2 DR and 2 SR

I find DR/C > DR/B a much bigger difference than SR/B > SR/A. Get yourself back to B then just avoid Tokyo circuits and Monza

Yea I didn't want to waist time qualifying for ages but you are right in what you are saying it really helps but everything I seem to start high I get rammed in first couple of corners anyway :(

Honestly, since I started putting the time in to qualify I have had much more success.

Last night I started in pole on Nurb GP twice and on the first corner I tried to not think about the cars behind me and just race the exact line I did in my qualifying laps - both times I was first out of the corner and didn't get bumped.

Not really done much on the Race A and B always gone for the longer C.

Do you still get the same points on A & B ?

Not sure tbh, from what I have seen others saying you basically get points for every racer you beat as long as you finish top half... so the 10 lap race you have more competitors, so you are likely to gain more points, but obviously it is a longer commitment and you can only do 1 every half hour. Race B you can usually enter over and over again as you get back to the Home screen in time to enter the next one.

Ill try tonight as not into Gr.1 Carnage, so only leave Race A in a TT and Race B in a Evo
