Disappointing video to le mans storie, you didn't show me crashing out of the lead!! most crucial moment of the whole race!....probably.

Be there in 10mins, not sure if I can make the finish as im not feeling to well, but i'll try my best and hopefully make the 70% needed to get points.

My connection is acting up big time right now, so if I'm not in by the start, that's why. Which also delayed my initial entry into the room, which explains the 8-minute tardiness. Memto89 was already informed of this.

Good racing lastnight lads, i was surprised i lasted the distance but i felt ok when i got into race mode, still i wasn't consistant enough to keep up with the front runners in GTE, but i was happy to take 4th place and pickup some points.

Plux sorry for the little incident we had going into the pitlane on lap 5 or 6, i had damage and when you go into the pitlane entry here at laguna the damage stops for some odd reason, i had my wheel turned to the right on entry because of the damage and it made me put my right wheels in the gravel when i braked, i tried to correct it but it put me straight into the back of you, and weirdly it put me ahead of you in the pitlane

It has to be one of the greatest races I've had in the wec.... Knowing I had the penalty and having to drive 110% to try and gap everyone, such a hard fight and great racing by all

I have a question about qualifying, do I have to qualify on the tyres that I want to start the race on? I did the qualifying on mediums last night as I presumed I had to if I wanted to start the race on mediums but I can't see anything about it on the first post, maybe should have checked it first.

Also, a quick suggestion - if folks could be bothered, they could post the lap number of any good battles or overtakes after a race. There are so many cars and the races are so long that we all probably miss alot of good action on the replays. I wasn't involved in much action last night except a divebomb on Dave on the first lap of the restart at the corkscrew. Fair play for noticing and not turning in Dave :)

Answer is no you just quli on softs and chose what ever tyres you want to start on... And in terms of fights I had a great fight with lout in the first start for many laps (until I took him out :/) and in the 2nd restart I think it was about lap 20 or so I had a great fight with John..... And in gte the start was intense in both starts

Also have to ask, Gprilli where are you? we missed you at leguna :( would have been good to have you there, hope your alright mate

Had a pretty good start to the first part, although my plan was to get ahead of memto and make good use of the soft tyres. That worked for a few laps until I fell off the track a bit.

Sorry for leaving too but I ended up falling asleep during one of the pit stops and could barely keep my eyes open when I got going again. Even if I had carried on though I was actually 50 kilos underweight haha so I probably would have been DQ'd somehow.

My wheel went bezerk on lap 15 and restarted by it self :/ and lost the calibration, i had to do the rest of race wiht the wheel turned 30 grades to the left. It was an old G25 i borroud from a friend for this race, guess i'll need to keep using my DFGT :P

AH mate i feel so bad about the contact, we were fighting for 13 laps straight... not had a good close fight like that for a very long time

haha cant beat the old DFGT

Such a disappointing race for me, i think i'm finally going to invest in a steering wheel and pedals. Cause with such short gearing i was struggling like mad for traction using a controller, hopefully Spa will be a more Toyota friendly track.

And my apologies for that contact we had when I went wide and got two wheels on the dirt exiting Rainey Curve. I did my best to save the car, but it was already out of control, and unfortunately, your car was in the wrong place at the wrong time and got collected. Sorry about that, man. Entirely my fault.

No problem braun, I went off track right behind you, think we was letting an LMP car through, and we both got it wrong, by the time I got back on track and straightend my car up, then hit the brakes it was to late to avoid contact. I would say it was a racing incident imo, it was a good little battle we had there for a few laps.

Lap 1 - TDZ-4-12-14-88 - Jonnyb1990 - Racing incident
Lap 19 - TDZ-4-12-14-88 - Braunracing88 - Avoidable contact - 1 min
Lap 19 - Braunracing88 - Richyboy2mil - Racing incident
Lap 49 - memto89 - Braunracing88 - Racing incident

1. Pluxtheduck, your contact into turn 3 with plotnik was minor contact, but it was his line and it ruined his race, it was a hard penalty to give as its a bit of a grey area but its the fact that it took him off (if not for the restart)

2. chozz_32, Unfortunately the outbreaking caused damage to oalith's car and since it was avoidable by breaking earlier the decision is to award you the penalty.

3.Richyboy2mil, White line

4. Richyboy2mil, If you are out of control going into the pits then you were going to fast into there, just a warning for now since there is nothing in the rules about the situation.

4. Jonnyb1990, hand breaking into the pits is not accepted driving standards, it servers you right for trying to be a smart arse and getting stuck on the wall but from now on it will be a penalty for entering the pits in a dangerous manner.

5. TDZ-4-12-14-88, It was brauns corner to take and holding back would have been the better option, was not a big incident luckily, but for future reference please take it easier around GT traffic.

6. TDZ-4-12-14-88, White line (sort your **** out)

Yes, including the fact that you had already made your first pitstop and I hadn't. Laguna Seca really didn't suit the Jaguar very well, but as usual, it didn't chew up the tires as fast as it likely did for the others.
