British Touring Car Championship
We are hosting a Touring Car League in Project Cars 2, below are all the details your need to know. Please read our Rules and Formats to make sure you know what we expect of all our competitors.
We also run our own Facebook page where league standings etc. will be updated.
Every Wednesday Night (UK Time)
Schedule for each race night:
7:00pm: Practice
7:15pm: Qualifying
7:30pm: Break
7:35pm: Sprint Race
8:00pm: Qualifying to arrange people into reverse order from sprint race
8:15pm: Endurance Race
9:00pm: Results
We are accepting entries for the 20th June 2018 as we speak.
Permitted vehicles:
2012 BMW 320 TC (E90)
2016 Mercedes AMG A45 Touring
2016 Opel Astra TCR
2016 Renault Megane R.S Touring
Rules and Regulations:
• 26 Player Lobby.
• Licence Rating will be turned on.
• Will be a standing start for the sprint race and a rolling start for the endurance race.
• Endurance race will have a mandatory pitstop.
• If your car is unable to move - retire to pits.
• If you retire, you must stay in the lobby to score points.
• If you disconnect then you won’t score points.
• You MUST be in the discord chat (free program), you don’t need to have a mic, just need to be there to listen.
• If there is an incident that you deem unfair, save the replay and contact an admin with information of said incident and we’ll look into it.
• If a driver is in the wrong, said driver will be penalised.
Total event length - Around two hours.
All times are in the main picture.
Pointing Scheme:
Sprint Race:
The points system is 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for the top 10 finishers.
Endurance:
The points system is 20-17-15-13-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 for the top 15 finishers.
Single bonus points are awarded for the fastest qualifier and fastest laps in both races.
Conditions:
The in-game date for each race will be: 22nd April 2018.
Weather conditions will be current weather of said location on the day of the race.
