Or two... :dopey:
btw, my replays are already on the pc... oh yeah, I have a 1'18.8 to post... story with replays once I get them posted.

Congrats to the winners.

Nice to see so many 3 division guys this week. 👍 Makes me try a little harder.

Thanks Kent for the amazing combo. :D Keep them coming.

:) Man, competing in these and then coming out on top makes me feel all fuzzy inside.

It's nice to see that the site is up again.

Anyway, congrats to the competitors. 👍

It looks like I need to get that grinder out again. :)

I too, have an 1:18.8 . 58.100 T3, so I figgered a .6-.7 would be sweet. :D

Unable to attach my replay and I don't have time to find out how. See you next week.

Less than a second separating the top 6 in Division II. Everyone in Division I was within a second of Kent's time. That is something.....glad I'm not in Division I, yet. I'd be eaten alive. lol :D
Not bad, everyone.

I took a look around an in the very bottom left of the page you will all find a list of what you may and may not do.

Attachments are one thing that is not allowed at the moment.

Not sure how that will work out in time, but be patient... the board still needs to be broken in.

However, should anyone be interested in ghost chasing or just seeing that I actually ran the lap I said... :D
Email me.
Or
Just wait till I find out the deal with attachments.

Till then,
later.

Btw, odp, step away from the grinder.

Well, certainly great to have GTP back up and running. You sometimes don't really appreciate something 'til it's suddenly not there!

Sorry I didn't manage to submit a time before the outtage. For what it's worth, I ran:

20.925 39.540 59.627 1:20.953

Congrats to our fearless leader on the top spot, and to all the 1:19s and low 1:20s

I see a lot of new names on the leaderboard. Welcome all, and happy motoring!

YES !!!

I put loads of effort into the race and it paid off !!!

I cant believe my time got me a 4th spot in Div 1 !!!! I think Im staying for a while now. I cant put a replay up as Ive not gotten myslelf an x-port yet but I should be getting one soon.

Onwards to week 69

ps well done to all the Div 1 racers and everyone else who submitted a time !!

Damn, just a second from a podium.......... good race everyone, had some fun with this one. I congratulate all who maneged sub-1'20s, you are 1337 g0ds:bowdown:

Thanks Kent. I liked the vette earlier on during the week but I used some (loose) setts from another racer (I forgot who now) and with them I managed to swipe a whole second off my time !!

So I've learnt that I prefer a loose car rather than stiff setts (I always thought I preferred stiff setts)

But thanks again !

Well done to all, some very close racing in the different Divisions.

Congrats to BigJamesGTI on the division 2 win,and all who submitted a time.

See you all next week.

Well good thing I could of cared less about this weekly. I had a 1'19.978 (only ran the car from 0-98 miles, all i could take of the big dumb american car) but with the servers upgrading and such this is the first time I've bene on the site in a week.....oh well, wasn't my cup o' tea.

congrats all.

:D

Thanks lotus!

In the name of being a good sport...
Towards the end of the week when missing link turned in his time you know what I did? I sent him a letter saying to speed it up.
(had to give him the chance)
He said, "I don't need to win... every week."

So I stuck with the time he submitted and I was just barely able to beat it out. :D

As for scuderia229
👎
Big dumb American car my ass.

This vette was great. It had awesome balance and handling.
If you couldn't run the car, it's your fault not the car's. :mischievous:

How you like them apples?
;)

I'll admit the car did handle nicely, I was shocked...I didn't have trouble with it's handling and setup was easy'ish, though I didn't spend much time on it...but I do loath american muscle cars, especially vettes, cameros, vipers and mustangs....LOATH them with a passion. I don't really favor japanese cars over euro cars either, though in GT3 I prefer the Euro cars. In real life I drive a Dodge...I have no problem with american cars either just freakin lame ass american muscle cars. But then again I am not into ricers either...hahaha. I'm a pain I know.

Hey I don't like all the cars picked for these races, so what....that is part of the fun of the weekly, running cars I never would have before.

If I wasn't doing the weekly I would only ever use one of three cars probably (RGT, ZZII or an Imprezza) but then again I doubt I'd even play GT3 at all....

So ya....apples are yummy.

Sheeesh... gokents man... 0.027 seconds, that blows. Nice win for you though 👍

Congrats to all the podium winners, was a nice race this week... not nearly as nice as next weeks though :mischievous:

BigJamesGTI
👍 mate !!!!

Looks like I'll have to keep this up - I like all this attention !

Pfft. Only person to Actually Mention my name was Kent. Yet, no one else has mentioned my name with a congratulation by it. I feel so hated. :guilty:

Guess I posted in the wrong spot. I posted this on the other thread.

My submitted time was a 1:19.976.
Splits, were 20.975 / 39.004 / 59.076

I had a run with better splits, but not as good last 2 corners.
Oh well, I learned a lot about a track I suck at, so that's good. I also reached my goal of 1:19's, even though just barely.

On to the next one. 👍

PS. Nice run/win Darin, ya sandbagger you.

I don't think I ever went in the sand... And I don't think I got a bag in the back of my car to collect it.

Congratulations on the win Darin:D:tup:

I guess I got what I deserved being in last place in div 2. I only did a few laps and now I know how serious this thing is, next time a "lot" more effort is going to be put in. I feel ashamed. :guilty:

Sorry I couldn't submit in time before the outage, I was preparing for one more stab at that damn corkscrew :(

Anyway, for what its worth here are my times:

T1 20.613
T2 38.523
T3 58. 359

Lap Time 2,19.557

Sorry guys, I had a late practice session on Monday evening, but the site was already down when I wanted to submit.
I had only 10 laps, and the best clean one had :
T1 = 21.1
T2 = 39.6
T3 = 1:00.3
Lap = 1:21.8
Nothing really worth mentioning, but I was surprised by the car handling. I expected a big oversteering and a real $h!t to make a clean lap on Laguna, but that was exactly the opposite that happened.
Excellent combination Kents, thanks for this one, I wish I had spent less time on Gt4:P and more time on this event.

Well it looks like I will be the first to do so...

But here is the support for my winning run. :D

Better late than never right?

...
Later. :D

NTSC.

However, if you have "newer version" of xport you can simply open the replay with MKS, then save it again with the .xps file

That might make my .sps ntsc file viewable to all the .xps people.

However, if it doesn't work out like that... too bad!
Ntsc is all I've got. :D

Still, atleast I posted my run... I mean, to me there is just something wrong with the overall winner not posting a replay. :)
