Time to race again though... However, it's going to be a short week.

Luckily it should be a good race.

The Car: Any S-Class Arcade Car

The Track: Midfield II

The Race: Arcade Mode: Free Run: Best Lap

The Rules:
1. You must have 2 tires on the track at all times.
2. The rumble strips are considered part of the track.
3. No wall riding or touching.
4. No cutting the grass or short cutting.
5. No hybrids
6. No cheating of any kind.
7. Save Your Submitted Lap Replay

I like the looks of this week, so I'll join in.

Ran 10 opening laps in a Nissan R390 for familiarization and to just see if it had enough speed to be competitive. Managed a couple of laps in the 38 second range.

Then, I did 5 laps in a 787B. I beat my best R390 lap on my first lap in the 787B, which was also very sloppy. So there's no question here as to which car is going to be fastest this week.

So far, my best T2 is a 38.080, and my T1s are in the mid-low 21s, since I lose tons of time in the hairpin.

Edit: Are we using Racing or Drift mode

Edit 2: First lap ever with wheel - T1: 22.438, T2: 40.629

Edit 3: T2 after 8 consecutive laps : 38.43x

After about 30 or 40 laps this morning I am seeing consistent mid and low 20's for t1, but still have yet to break the 20 sec barrier. The hairpin at the end of the tunnel will be a critical point in the lap. T2's have been mainly in the 37.3-5 sec range with a few unclean laps falling below that. Great race Kent!

Great one for a "Short Week" GoKents:
Took me about 6 Laps to get a clean one & 4 saves to get:

T-1 = 19.678
T-2 = 36.587

Very frustrating trying to get all "Good" sectors together in ONE Lap, but phun nonetheless! 👍 ...UB57

Hmm, I wasn't expecting that answer, I'll have to give it a try with TCS. I think I may be losing time out of the hairpin by not using TCS. Thanks UB.

I always use TCS on high powered race cars. I can do allright without it, but it saves a lot of stress on my part.

Don't expect me to run the 787B. I probably won't do that.

EDIT: Did a first lap with car ? and ran T2 at 40.2xx, I can get a lot faster with this car which is not the 787B.

38.144 for me. I have changed cars and now im using the Nissan R390 GT1 LM Race Car. Boy, it destoryed the car that I was using eariler the Zonda race car.

But Im still deciding on what car to use.

I have narrow it down to the fastest 3.

R390 vs GT-One vs 787B.

I have tested every car and now im on to the GT-One.

The R390 is very quick and I manage a 38.144. Its clean!
