Weekly Car Test Extra 3# Jaguar S-Type R ´02

At this test i am going to try a new way.
Here you go.

First up is the looks of this luxurios vehicle that smooth sidelines starting from the sides if the hood and continuing all the way to the back of the car Where they stop at the almost straight trunk. Four Rounded Headlights that shapes sloly adapt to the hood that has big “Bump” that comes from the grille shape. that continues to the windshield that starts to rise slowly giving the driver a big view around. When the windshield ends and the roof starts to lower and ends to the trunk giving almost coupe-like impression. You can clearly see that this car is luxury car giving litlle hints of what it is holding under it´s hood. Under the hood this beast holds it´s true nature a V8 Engine topping out an competitive 400HP(/6100Rpm)(Torque 552.62NM/3500 Rpm).

With the weight (1800kg) and the size (4877x1818x1447) of this vehicle still it manages 0-400m in 0´13.138. At 0-1000 meter this Highway ship spends time 0´23.769. In this car you wont be the Traffic-Jam maker with Max-speed of 274 Km/H. First Big –minus Came at the Max speed test. When the automatic changed from fifth to sixth gear speed started to drop!. Now that’s a Big -, but can probably be fixed with some HP adding. Next up is the mighty Nürburgring, this time driven by me. Nürb was settled in time 8´20.771. This car is fast, but suspension of this thing are not the best. The car swings back and forth like a luxurious swing-horse. Gladly that is easy to change with better suspension. Acceleration out of corners is good. Next El Capitan to test this beast against some other fast cars.
I took family cup set the difficulty to 4. Computer set me against Plymouth Superbird, BMW M3 CSL, Audi RS-6, Shelby Series 1 Supercharged and Honda HSC. I Won second was BMW won it by 1,9 second. Now when the stock cababilities of this car is measured we enter the Jaguar´s own Tuningshop. Result: +192HP -306KG -184.950 CR. So Now the car is 592HP,1494KG and Im 184.950 CR Poorer.

Now To test the car once more. 0-400m finishes in time 0´11.043. In 0-1000m the clock stopped at time 0´20.043. Now when the Gear problem is gone Max Speed rises to 313,7Km/H
Now it is the time again. Nürburgring. Time to get around the king of tracks was 7´17.015. No Sign of the swing-horse effect now when changed the suspension. Now when Fully Tuned this car is like a rocket. It´s a perfect car for those who want luxury combined with speed. So next Time you have 300,000 CR Extra you know what to do.
