Levels are your best friend. :D

I popped my cherry using Levels, color balance, and the "S curve". Get those down, and if you find a combo that you seem to be repeating on each photo, record it as an action. The best part of actions is that you can also load custom ones. Online you can find anything, good example would be a black&white action to turn your photo a true b&w with proper highlights and easy adubjstability. A sticky thread in which we could post old and new links to tutorials, personal tutorials (I've got a few in mind), resources, etc. :sly:

I started up a photo tech thread not too long ago.

Actually... I have a small website started. I've yet to do much but host my pictures with it, however, if you have some tutorials you want to make I'd be glad to throw them up there. Anyone could contribute. PM me if your interested.

I can help with that.. In more than one way.

Hosting and webdesign knowledge.. If there is interest in such a think, I'm all for helping.. It could go somewhere, but it'd definitely take some team work.

I actually have the domain http://www.threye.net already reserved and active, as well as hosting. However I'm up for trying to make something work. I know a little bit about website design, but most of what I used to know has fallen out of my head.

Sure why not.
