Actually, my son is with me 24/7/365. It's my fiancee that is coming over for the weekend.:)

So by Sunday, either I'll have a new bounce in my step, or I'll be worn out.

i have played the game alot and gotten pretty good at it. i was wondering if i could enter your weekly racing series as an amateur. i think from looking at the times posted i can fit right in there.

Welcome HunterKiller:)

Go to the registration page and do the registration race to see what class you will be in, and pm the time to boombexus, this will decide what class you will be in.

You are in teh same boat as me :) some great peeps here it seems. Just go HERE to see what you have to do to register. I would go ahead and start racing this week whether it is official or not. Boom seems to be a good guy too. He was reasonably quick in getting me in to amatuer.

My latest T times are 15.8/51.2 ... got a ways to go... I've put in probably 35 laps tonight so far... :ill:

Good luck man :)👍

/me waves to zer0h

Got my rear in gear and decided to join the fun. :D

Thanx to everyone that posted settings...man that helps out!

I'm using a slightly altered zerOH setup with a t1 16.3 and t2 51.1

Lots of room for improvement. ;)

I finally cracked the 49 second barrier at T2 last night a few times, my best was a 48.919, but not on a clean save. My best clean is 15.367 / 49.125. I still got 2 more days to get a clean 48 though.:mischievous:

Glad to see some more new faces this week,it sure makes it more fun for everyone.:D

MAN! That is FAST! I've got my T2 in the low 50's now and T1 arround 15.7 hit 15.3 ONCE then ofcourse couldn't handle it :P

That damn outside wall right at the RR tracks.... I know what I need to do, but I almost always hit that wall... :banghead:

Improving there PainGypsy

I just ran a few more laps. Could of been a 48 but i messed up on the two left handers for the T2, but ill get there hopefully.

Just got a T1 or 15.6 (not too good) with a T2 or 49.146  Finished the lap of good enough with maybe .100 left in the last sector, with a total of .350 better than my last best lap. I seem to of gotten the hang of the rail road part now so just the few turns before T2 to fix up then ill be finsihed with this one.

Using a mod of booms settings

ROTFL. You'll probably end up in my boat, a horrible time on the qualifying, but beating a few people in leagues above you until you get moved up (hasn't happened to me yet, I'm stil trying to place first consistantly in my division...)

I just have a question about what is a "clean" lap... When it says no wall touching/riding does this also include a little tap on the wall ( which actually slows the down the car)? I improved my best absolutely clean lap by 1.1 seconds yesterday, but I had two little taps on the wall. Both of those taps actually making me lose speed ( hence time ). So just wanted to know if that is acceptable or not.

My best lap time has T1 = 16.0, and T2 = 50.4
Have yet to try Boom's settings.

I'm pretty sure no wall touches at all. Nice updates though, have you broken into the 15's yet for T1?

yea ive seen a few 15.7's and 15.8's

Should be lower because I do the same two mistakes. Either take the chicane too slow ( ~ 105-110 mph ) and then do good at the next left corner, or take the chicane really fast ( ~130 mph ), be surprised about it, and screw up the next left corner

Yeah, right now Im having quite the time trying to pull a clean lap together.

If I can deal with the "closed street course design," then I should be able to get in something for a time.

If I can find the time, I may be able to put down a 15.???/50.???

As of yet, I still dont have a clean save.

We'll see how it goes over the weekend...
