Aack, no prize cars. :(
I probably won't get back until Sunday night.
Another cram session.

Hey boom: You makin' us pay for wheels, oil & washes?

I'm not a big fan of the SS routes, that long long straight makes gearing setups a mare! At least it's not wet ;)

Well, game on... let's see if any one car stands out...

omg, only $30,000?! man these challenges are so interesting!

wait, I thought 30,000 included the purchase of the car as well......LOL. =P

can someone define what exactly do "prize cars" mean?

does it mean that the cars we can use are only the ones that are available for purchase from the dealerships?

and does that mean purchaseable race cars from dealerships are legal as well?

man how do you come up with these killer ideas. i think it gets better and better every week. (except that one time with the sims :( )

Pay for the first oil change. Oil changes after that as well as wheels and washes are on the house. :D

A prize car is a car that can only be won by winning a race in simulation mode.

If you can find a purchasable race car for $30,000 or less, let me know. :D ;)

And the $30,000 to spend includes the cost of the car and any mods you decide.

I'm browsing through MKs garage editor as I'm typing and frankly - I have NO idea :D

thanks for takin the time to put up that list ODP 👍

just wanna throw up a couple quick 5 lap t-times for a couple cars i tried out tonight

first car i tried gave me 34.6/59.6

second car i tried gave me 34.5/59.8, yet was about .600 slower overall than the first car, im not givin up on it yet tho

i think for this race since the budget is so low, getting a car broken in so it can reach its full hp potential will be of importance, but still, HP isnt everything. suspension can make a big difference, even its just a sport suspension.

anyways im off to bed, i wanted to get some runs on this tonight, cuz tomorrow project gotham 2 comes out for xbox, so thats probably gonna get ahold of me for the whole day. mmm, online racing

Boom could we get race tranny plz cause just for sports its 5500 and well with the long straight i think we should get a race tranny.

... and then you'll want a turbo... some suspension... furry dice.....

I like this challenge, what do you go for... handing, speed or a bit of both. Gonna be tough to pick the right car with the right balance (for me anyhow, i reckon the 'old hands' will give us all a good spanking!)

Just pick the bits you think are most important... that seems to be the point of it to me.

geeze boom always comes up with these crazy and cool ideas, it's gonna be a challenge to look for the balance of handling and speed.

Oh wait 30000 cr including the cost of car? wow!

This looks like a fun race. I would like to look into car selection today and maybe tomorrow I will get in the time to actually do a setup session of runs.

Very fun looking race though :D a good pick indeed.

This is an interesting concept. I'm gonna go for a car that costs in the range of $15,000 and then try and tune it as much as I can with the remaining $15,000 (PT Cruiser seems like a ripe choice, or maybe a Miata...)

well considering I am back in action again finally. . . Eye infections suck a lot o' arse. . . I think I have the perfect car for this. I remember fooling around with it on the Laguna Seca Sims race and had fun trying to be a drifter with it. This might pose to be the car to beat :D

Just as I had feared, NFS: Underground messed with GT3. Bye bye NFS. :D You get to pay for bowling this week!

I'm going to try the STi Wagon, Evo, and Camaro. See which of thsoe will be the best.
