I'll for sure have to look at some replays. I'm definitely missing something in the first sector. I was in the EVO VI with light-weight 1, sport exhaust, semi-race fly, and oil (340 hp, 1171 kg). Might have done better in the EVO VII, or one of the Camaros, but I was out of Dramamine, and couldn't handle the excess motion.

I would of stuck with the Evo VI, but I just didn't think it had enough horsepower. The quickest sectors I got were something like 33.9/58.8, but those were a lot easier than than getting them with the VII. I think I'll keep the VI after this race, it's a nice little car.

i tried the evo for 2 laps and my bests were like 35.0 and 1:01.xxx so i went right back to my trusty old camaro

The EVO VI also had the endearing trait of hitting the rev limit at about 136 mph. I learned to back off the throttle a little to keep the speed from getting slammed too bad, but who needs the aggravation?

My fastest T1 was a sub 34 but on my fastest over all lap run it was a 34.209 and my T2 on this lap run was a 59.343. I think i could of ran faster in the EVO6, oh well time is in and its to late to test anything now, I think my time is pretty respectable considering i just started participating in this race series yesterday. hehe

Well I guess this means the evo VI miata13b and I have been using is now a well known sleeper.

As you all know by now, the VI has less wieght than any other evo. (racers not included or known from memory)

I would personally think that the VI with a tranny would be the victor in this race, but in that case, the money for the tranny could change the car selection, then the top dog of the race could be something else.

Not really sorry about getting a time in jk. I actually got the chance at the very begining of the week... tuesday I think it was. Ran a 1.00.2 in my first and only session. I knew instantly that the miata could get well below a minute, but didn't really take the time to make it happen.

Good luck to all you competitors, and maybe if I'm lucky I will see one of you guys put in a miata time. (lookin at you bushtrees jk, got no clue what you ran)

May I ask that we run something with a jgtc theme and specifically the GT300 scene.

Maybe mr2, spoon race and silvia are laid out to be as even as possible?

Well thats cool gbr. Dont be fooled, the good racers will rarely under-estimate you and the great racers wouln't do it period.
