Um... on cars like S2000 i fully tune it up... should i reduce weight all the way to stage 3... i mean is drifting better with a really light car or like heavier car...

I usually do a Stage 2 weight reduction on cars I plan to drift, but I don't really notice a big difference between Stages 2 and 3, so it's up to you. It's all preference really.
I'm with bengee, lighter = better response. I'm not saying the lighter car = better, I'm saying the lighter you can make your car, the better (in other words, don't choose your car by the weight, but do reduce the weight as much as possible).
Seems to me NISMOFO that the only reason you would spin out in a light car is due to too much power to the rear wheels... its all about a balance ... a perfect weight to power and torque ratio... I find this magical number for mr cars is the same as a maxxed out speedster with no weight reduction... i try to get all my mr cars to be about this ratio level...
Really what we must be worried about when driving at the limit is weight placement in the vehicle... MR vehicles will give the best respose because they have the lowest and most cetralized inertial moments... Front engined vehicles have an offset inertial moment from the center of the car and thus the physcis that are involved make the car a bit more "front heavy"... basically fr cars like to swing and keep sliding at the same angle... not good if you want small adjustments... MR just seems more intuitive to me
