Looking real good, and despite what a lot of people think about the new buttons along the top i quiet like them, i had a bit of trouble with the previous buttons only allowing me to click in quiet a certain place? Anyway im liking the new look :)

One thing i would like back is the direct "quote" button for the forums instead of clicking the multi-quote, then reply, or am i just doing something wrong?

Keep up the great work, cheers!

Wow, slick! When I finally get some time, I can't wait to start browsing this site! :)

The site overall is alright, might just take some getting used to, but what happens when you hit the "new posts" button just look terrible. It's hard to use and quickly pick out threads you've posted in, it just looks like a massive run on sentence or something. Don't really have a better way to describe it but I was having trouble finding threads without having to slow down and actually read each thread title.

EDIT: Can we have some kind of key for what all the symbols beside the thread titles mean? I've figured out "hot thread" but not much else.

EDIT: Also, the "New" icon beside everything is a bit annoying. The bold/not bold thing worked just fine.

Click "reply".

Can confirm Times New Roman in the reply box - quick reply is fine. Firefox 3.6.3, Windows 7.

PB:
Dull flame - hot, no new posts
Bright flame - hot, new posts
Blue dot - not hot, new posts
Grey dot - not hot, no new posts
Green plus is threads you've posted in

Feedback for the news page:

I think the most recent post in the news page should always be expanded. Non-expanded old posts are fine.

I second that idea :)

Im not sure if i was temporarly blind before or what but it seems there is a big quote button there which answers my own question?.. I was sure it said reply not quote.. just have been changed? Or im going nuts one of the two

It did say "reply" - it appears Jordan just changed it :)

But yes, you're going nuts anyway. After all, us New Zealanders are nutcases by nature

To be honest, at least for the forums I almost think it gives it an old look, like back when forums were designed very simple. Hopefully that makes sense! :P

To be honest, this is the first forum I was ever on so it's all I ever knew . But I do understand what you're saying.

Don't worry, Mick, I changed it after reading the confusion about it.

Looks smooth and modern, with yet again less clutter than many other fora.

Good work Jordan, keep it up!

Its nice and clean.

Will take some getting used to, to find all the stuff and be familar but it looks sharp!

Well done 👍

Once again, thank you, everyone, for all the kind words and feedback. Instead of attempting to keep up with individual posts, I've updated my original message with a running list of bugs and other issues that I am aware of or am considering changing. As things get fixed or resolved, I'll keep the list updated.

I attempted to make a useful thread just below this one but I dont know if many people have seen it or not :/.

I get the same feeling.

The username in the body area seems a bit backwards, but other than that everything else looks okay.

Ohh :embarrassed: I love the new site, and the avatar! Might change mine, as I see everyone changing theirs

It looks great Jordan! I'll take some getting used to, but that's true for anything. Excellent work! 👍 :gtpflag:

On first sight, it's a bit awkward, but that's the same thing I said about GTP9, and I loved that up to now. I can only imagine that this will be the same. It looks amazing Jordan, thank you for the work you've put into this site. ;)

Edit: Just a small issue, there's a small line between the top picture banner and the actual banner itself, where the transition should be smooth (not the blue line, the line between the picture and the "Store") like this:

All it would take is editing the actual picture perhaps?

I think this is intended. I like it a lot, actually.

Not the blue part, I mean the actual picture transition itself found between the car and the "Store" text. Should've worded it better.

This looks good. 👍 But I still prefer old one.

PS, you don't write "and vBulletin" in the copyright footnote?

I think the only reason I don't like it right now is that I'm used to the old one. It happens every time a new version of GTP comes out so I'm not surprised, and a lot of versions have come out since I've been here . I can't believe we are already on ten!
