There’s plenty of Miatas, but this would be fun.

Just like RUF they need a home in GT7!

Edit: You could do a rough livery design and wheel design in GT7 Auto shop customisation temporarily, but I'm not sure if the G80 3-series is in the game.

It’s not. We’d most likely see an M4 before an M3 and other variants. However, in the past GR and Mazda surveys, Alpina are one of the choices for what marques players know of. The current CSL 3.0, in the game, is pretty close though. ;)

Nope, just the M4 F82. Only older M3's, E92 most recent (2007). 3 doors coupes only.

Just had email about this...

Come on PD, about time we had some high performance Estates ('stn wagons').

De Tomaso P72 '20
The P72 is a road-going hypercar that was said to be a re-imagining of the P70 prototype race car that originally did not see much success on the track, but was noted for its wild, nostalgic styling comparable to even the Ferrari 330 P4 and the Lola T70 Mk. III B. This is also the first new model from De Tomaso in a long time, following the rebirth of the company, and is based around the Apollo Intensa Emozione's chassis, but this time, more focused on luxury rather than futuristic styling and track performance, and is powered by a Ford and Roush-supplied supercharged V8, based on the Coyote engine technology, to keep up with the tradition of the Mangusta and Pantera by using Ford engines. Both of the aforementioned cars are already in GT7, and if this were to be added to the mix, it would make a great addition, especially with a menu book dedicated to collecting De Tomaso vehicles, across all three dealerships.

The elder sister to the De Tomaso P72 is this machine right here, and this is the successor of the Gumpert Apollo series. With De Tomaso already being featured in the Gran Turismo series, it would also make sense for the Apollo IE to also feature in the game as well, given that both De Tomaso and Apollo are owned by the same company. It is powered by a Ferrari V12 (the same as perhaps the 812 Superfast) and is known for its powerful downforce, futuristic interior and almost track-ready styling that puts luxury aside and focuses more on function over form. It would also make anyone think that the Lamborghini Veneno wasn't crazy enough. Expect it to tear through the pack with style, speed and finesse, especially in World Touring Car 800 events.

GROUP 1

Here’s a personal list that I believe will be hard to see any hate for. All of these deserve to be in Gran Turismo

I want nothing more than to see 90s BTCC cars introduced, especially considering the 155 Touring Car is already in the game. Those old A4s, Civics, Vectras, Lagunas, Mondeos, 406s, S40s - basically I want the entire car list and track list from 1997's TOCA Touring Car Championship. That game walked so that Gran Turismo could run and I want it to be acknowledged.

I didn't have a chance to drive "in game" toyota mk||| car..
but from what I have read in real life...the car was dope..
it had lower top speed...but people who designed it and people who races against it...said...
f1 level of downforce could hide against it...

SO I WANNA TRY THIS

Volvo 850 Estate tearing it up around Brands and Donington, those were the days.
I'd pay for a BTCC legends DLC.

The Porsche 959... and this one, which is actually in GT7's intro: The Mercedes C 111, though I'd prefer the Mark II. This is the Mark I...

... and this the Mark II, as featured on Wikipedia.

Generally: Any cars from the almost non-existent years in GT7s car library are most welcome, meaning the 70's and 80's.

Donington is making a comeback to BTCC in next year's season after 20 or so years. It's the perfect time to bring it back in digital form. Apparently there is some kind of BTCC game in the works but I'd rather see it as content in a game with a bigger audience like GT7, rather than its own thing that would draw far less attention.

Watching this weekend's Le Mans race, I actually realized how old the GT3/GTE cars are that we have in GT7. This particular category seriously needs an update.

Other than that, the Lexus IS F SPORT from that video in the Lexus dealership looks pretty sexy.
For a racing category that i remember it being heavily used in GT Sport's online events (not sure about GT7), i find it a bit odd how the newest, non-fictional, GT3 or GTE racecar to be included in the "Gr.3" class is the 2019 Audi R8 LMS Evo.

The rest of the lineup seems to consist of mostly cars from 2011-2016 that have long since been replaced by newer entries (e.g. Aston Martin, BMW, Ferrari and McLaren) or have completely exited the competition (Dodge Viper and Ford GT). Let's not get started on the fantasy cars though i do understand the need for brand representation.

A slight update would be nice.

An Acura or Honda NSX GT3 (the one in the game is fictional for some reason)

Additionally, i wouldn't mind something like the apr Prius from Super GT since we already have that GT300 BRZ.
