Old RS6 in the datamine. I could go for this(these):
With all these six-cylinder small two-door sedans & coupes in the game the Capri would be the perfect addition.
As those are both cars from previous GT games (somewhat given away by the screenshot directly from GT6), they don't exactly meet the thread's sole criterion of cars that have never been in a GT game before...I'm sure someone has posted this here before, but the DC5 is a car that should be in GT7:

The 87 MOTUL Civic Si was a blast to drive. This thing definitely needs to make a comeback!

I would love to see the first and 2nd gen CRX make a comeback also!
Ah, understood. Sorry about that. I guess I'm reminiscing a bit on the old days. Let me add a proper contribution; I would really love to finally have a E36 M3 in Gran Turismo. As those are both cars from previous GT games (somewhat given away by the screenshot directly from GT6), they don't exactly meet the thread's sole criterion of cars that have never been in a GT game before...
Will always miss my ‘69 Cutlass ‘S’.
I’m playing PC2 and using the Audi V8 Quattro. Had a look at the Suggestions thread to see if I voted for it. I somehow, didn’t. I’ve clicked it now and scrolled to see this post and video within. few of the cars Kaz drove, have been in GT games, the V8 Quattro needs to be in. Cool stuff.
You forgot the capri hahaMuch needed Fords in the series
Ford Cortina (Mk1) GT 1963
The Cortina GT was released in the UK in April 1963. It's specification was quite basic compared to later Ford 'GTs' and it's performance modest (top speed 150km/h, 0-100km/h in 14 seconds, 1/4 mile in 19 seconds) but it was the beginning of a long line of performance cars from Ford Britain...www.gtplanet.netLotus Cortina Mk1 ETCC Alan Mann Racing 1965
The history of the Cortina began in 1961, when Colin Chapman wished to build his own engines for Lotus, mainly because the Coventry Climax engines were so expensive. His chance came when he commissions Harry Mundy (Engine designer & AutoCar editor) to build a twin cam version of the Ford Kent...www.gtplanet.netFord Cortina (Mk1) GT500 1965
1965 Bathurst 500 winner A close-up of the brake ducts Notice the original fuel filler blocked off & replaced by the twin fillers located at the base of the rear window; a much better place for refueling during a pitstop. A peek inside the boot at the extra fuel tank fed by the twin...www.gtplanet.netFord Escort (Mk1) Twin Cam 1968
Ford's hot version of the Escort in 1968 was the Escort Twin Cam powered by the same motor used in the Mark 1 and Mark 2 Ford Cortina Lotus. Jim Clark had won the British Saloon Car Championship (BSCC) with a Ford Cortina Lotus in 1964 and in 1968 the Escort's sporting credentials were...www.gtplanet.netFord Escort (Mk1) RS2000 1972

When I saw the maverick in an update I was pumped but then saw it was the restomod type. I drive it now, detuned. It’s not quite them same because it’s still fast but bone stock the way it was… it was tough to save if it got loose although I think that’s a problem with the game. You can sometimes visually see you’re about to lose it before you even feel it in the wheel.Look I can appreciate the GAC Maverick. While we can even replicate a drag car

I’d still like to see a plain Jane version just to give me skinnier tyres.

Or the Sung Kang build

Many of these custom builds just have to keep tubbing rears and use over wide width tyres. Trust I get needing maximum grip for two wheel drive one thousand horsepower.
Yeah you gotta do what you gotta do haha. We’ve got so many cars already, the more I think about it, from this point on I’d like to have car packs but categorized not just Willy Nilly mixes of cars. But legit here’s 70’s European Sports cars, escort, cortina, capri, opel gt, manta… that would be wicked.Yeah I detuned it to run with cars from the Seventies, but sometimes it looks out of place with those rear tyres. Still love it as it’s a car from my birth year.
I suspect then A LOT of people that hate the old “crappy” handling cars would really be upset and then the next month I’d be upset over a bunch of new bleh cars and VGT’s haha. With a pack it’d be like, don’t like it? Don’t buy it.Indeed. We see the two 02 BMWs and Celica GT. May as well group them in one update. Rather than add the new to the game 2002 tii one month and two years later add the 2002 turbo. Could have added the Chevelle with GTO and Charger as a muscle car update or GNX, GTO and Chevelle as a gm(GM) update.
Powered by BMW, I suppose (noting the pig nose on the front)...WEST Vita 01
