Supper was the Sunday special - General Tao's and chicken fried rice.

So I joined the powerlifting club at school. Hopefully they're not a bunch of lunkheads.

I really need to stop reading this thread. Everytime I look, either Solid Lifters or TB has posted something particularly delectable, in this case General Tao's chicken. I am jealous :guilty:.

Now you can realize your true potential as the next Pat Mendes. Well he's doing Olympic lifts, but he's still hella strong.

My kids ask for it for supper at least 4 out of 7 nights each week. It's like the Simpson's episode where Bart and Lisa are asking Homer for the pool, just without a barn. Eventually it's just easier to give them what they want. :P

I tend to like the less spicy Sesame Chicken (our Chinese restaurant seems determined to make it as hot as possible, not the best for me ) but I'll eat either. It's so good, probably among my top 5 or 10 foods.

It seems more like a nasty carbonated cough syrup to me.

I don't know but when you're really thirsty and it's really cold it tastes great, once it warms up just a bit, it sucks. Also I couldn't have survived my 9hr day followed by a 2hr flight then 6hr stay in an airport followed 9 hour flight (staying awake the entire time like a boss) total of 26hrs. Red Bull does work .

What does it taste like? I'm tires of the usual Egg Foo Young or Chicken Fried Rice w/egg and a bit of heat or Sweet & Sour Chicken.

Psh, General Tsao's Chicken? You can do better than that. ;)
I really don't think I can. This stuff is outstanding.

Depending on where you get it from, it can range from tasting quite bland to being so spicy it burns your mouth. The kind we make is Ajinomoto's from Sam's Club. Has great flavor, but could be a bit spicier, in my opinion, but if it were, the kids likely couldn't eat it. It uses the same chicken as sweet and sour (white tempura) but the sauce is ginger and garlic based. :)

I had me a Mc Nugget meal for lunch, nasty tasting as usual. I don't know why I bother. Yes I do, it's cheap, fast and convenient.
