I'm chucking down a whole bottle of apple juice along with the ramen and I still feel like my mouth's on fire.
That means it's perfect!

It's 9am, the kids are at school, my wife is a work, I have a list of things to get done so I should probably have some breakfast. Quite likely a pizza. :lol:

That mess over there is my breakfast.

I took some chicken from a can and scrambled it with eggs. Then I placed some refried beans (also from a can) in my plate and heated them in the microwave. Finally, I served the eggs with chicken and covered it all in my grandma's sauce.

Everything went better than expected. It actually tasted good. :D

Stone 15th Anniversary Escondidian. At work. Because my work is that cool. (Someone also brought in Golden Monkey, which I had a bottle of.)

Had bad stomach pains which meant I barely ate anything which was a bad idea as tomorrow is my b-day drink-a-thon.

-1 Serving of 95% Fat Free Ground Turkey.

That's 89 Grams of Protein In one meal.I do this after each workout 👍

As I just posted on FB, drinking a Port Mongo while watching the Spa F1 race – best of the New and Old Worlds. Sometimes I wonder what I did to deserve such a good life.
