Shrimp Nasi Goreng, with tons of pinda sauce, ketjap manis, sambal oelek and topped with kroepoek, slice of fried ham and a sunny side up egg. Ice cold Coors to wash the heat of the sambal oelek down.

Pan cooked chicken breast with some seasoning that has been camping out in my cabinet for a few years. I have never seen my 2 year old devour chicken so fast. This is a must in my house from now on, especially with his mandated high fat, high protien diet.

Oh, yeah, and carrots, but they were just meh as they were out of a can and I was too lazy to do anything with them. Can't win 'em all...

Annnnd a glass of iced tea. Good lunch, that is.

Supper consisted of BBQ ribs and Chicken on the grill, baked beans, tater salad, BBQ and Sour Cream and Onion chips and cake. Chased again with, surprise, surprise, iced tea.

I is one stuffed boy. :D

Are you sure you live in North Dakota, TB? You sound like a southern boy. :D
You don't know just how close you are - I was born in Georgia, moved here when I was 7 and have 5 brothers and sisters still living there.

Old habits, even of only 7 years, die hard, I guess.

Some pizza from Papa John's (Italian sausage, onions, pineapple, pepperoni) and sipping on Pomegranate juice and Skyy Vodka.

Dinner was salmon I smoked in our smoker. I also smoked some potatoes, then pan fried them. Too much 'smoke' going on, so it was OK, not great. Corn and buttered French bread also made the meal. Dessert was a homemade fudgesicle or homemade chocolate cookies.

What kind of smoker do you have?

Roast beef sandwich with Swiss cheese and red peppers on a poppy seed roll, a dill pickle spear, a side of curly seasoned fries, and a bottle of Perrier water.

That's how it's done, folks. 👍

(But I prefer green bell peppers vs. the red.)

Ham and American cheese w/ mustard on regular white bread and a glass of moo juice.

Mousakka, made with the left over lamb from yesterday's roast. I used new tats, normally would use something like a Marfona. It worked really well. Kept the unique flavour of new tats.

On a slightly related note, thinking of getting a mincer. Would be handy to be able to mince up left over meats and freeze them/use them the next day.

Whole grain gold fish with onion dip and Martinellis sparkling apple juice.

Last night we had left over BBQ ribs that we had the other night. My dad is a BBQ freak.
