Just had some Starbucks Hot Chocolate. It wasn't amazing, but it wasn't terrible. It had more of a rich flavor to it. Personally I'm more of a milk chocolate fan.

If it's anything like Torrone, then it's an extremely mixed bag. I've had some amazing Torrone, but those little ones made by Ferrara are absolutely putrid. Like eating packing peanuts.

The Beans: Rosarita Spicy Jalapeno Refried Beand with XLNT Chili Con Carne.

The Pork: Hickory and Mesquite Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork. Brined, smoked and added to a slow cooker with diced onion, jalapeno, garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayene pepper, salt, pepper, lime juice and a can of tomato sauce.

I had a house dinner tonight where we smoked some alligator rubbed in cajun seasoning, grilled anaheim peppers and grilled zucchinis. Now drinking a Dogfish Head Noble Rot ale to round out the night.
 
I know its really bad for my health (especially with type 2 diabetes) - having tons of Mexican candy (duvalin, Pulaprindo, mazapan, ganzitos, biñuelos, and two others I forgot what they are called).

Solid Lifters - I love those burritos, It's the same way my grandma makes them. Only she adds Pico de Gallo before rolling them up.
 
You can heal type two by drinking 100% juice. Just get a juicer and buy your favorite fruit, it tastes good.
 
Just finished a torta with carnitas (pulled pork sandwich) with tomatos, onions, beans, and munster cheese. Had a bottled water to wash it down, as I usually have with most things I eat.
 
Burrito leftovers. For the next two weeks, every meal will be salad!

But, there are more leftovers. I'm gonna feel like crap at the end of the week. I would freeze it, if I could, but beans are horrible after defrosting them. So, that's out.
 
Chicken thighs with steamed vegetables. I got Pulparindos (according to label: Hot and salted tamarind pulp candy) for desert.
 
Carrots. I love carrots! I could eat an entire a bag of baby carrots in one sitting.

Delicious fried chicken skins brought over from Thailand. They are so more-ish. I can't stop eating them.
